目的:探讨肺癌患者精神状态与健康相关生活质量(HRQoL)的关系。方法:对2023年7月至12月在jo o Pessoa Paraíba一家肿瘤医院的74例患者进行定量研究。访谈采用世界卫生组织生活质量精神-宗教信仰-个人信仰(WHOQOL-SRPB)和欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织生活质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)进行。数据处理和分析采用描述性和推理统计。结果:连接得分与财务困难呈弱正相关(p = 0.012),希望得分与精神和HRQoL量表上的认知得分呈弱至中度负相关(p = 0.001)。结论:精神方面有助于患者HRQoL的改善,为制定个性化护理方案提供依据。
