目的：探讨肺癌患者精神状态与健康相关生活质量（HRQoL）的关系。方法：对2023年7月至12月在jo o Pessoa Paraíba一家肿瘤医院的74例患者进行定量研究。访谈采用世界卫生组织生活质量精神-宗教信仰-个人信仰（WHOQOL-SRPB）和欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织生活质量问卷（EORTC QLQ-C30）进行。数据处理和分析采用描述性和推理统计。结果：连接得分与财务困难呈弱正相关（p = 0.012），希望得分与精神和HRQoL量表上的认知得分呈弱至中度负相关（p = 0.001）。结论：精神方面有助于患者HRQoL的改善，为制定个性化护理方案提供依据。
