The predictive ability was estimated using areas under the curve, sensitivity, and specificity, considering shock etiologies.Results: 365 patients were included, (25.5 cases per 1,000 visits), mortality (75.3%), with a worse initial hemodynamic profile. Septic shock (69%) and hypovolemic shock (13.2%) predominated. The Shock Index demonstrated better areas under de curve in mixed (0.706) and septic (0.700) shock. A questionnaire was administered to nurses, and data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics with SPSS® software version 25.0. Medical records were read and analyzed.Results: the execution of the Nursing Process was partial, and all phases had incomplete records. Assessment and planning were the most prevalent, while nursing diagnosis, implementation, and assessment were the weakest.Conclusions: incomplete Nursing Process records compromise the documentation of nursing work regarding patient care, potentially leading to ethical and legal implications for professionals. The identified educational technologies presented variety in the design of pedagogical instruments focused on addressing the extravasation of antineoplastic substances, such as bundles, educational videos, and clinical protocols. The Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 and the Coping Strategies Inventory were applied and analyzed using descriptive statistics for frequencies, Cronbach's alpha and McDonald's omega tests for instrument reliability, and Bartlett's test of sphericity and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test for inventory adequacy.Results: symptoms of depression predominated at normal and mild levels, while anxiety and stress symptoms ranged from moderate to very severe. Data collection and analysis were based on the framework proposed by Hinds, Chaves, and Cypress, according to the contextual layers: metacontext, general, specific, and immediate.Results: the final sample consisted of 30 studies. Admissions occurred mainly in the early morning hours, and 48.2% were referred by the Mobile Emergency Care Service. Cases classified as orange/very urgent predominated, with assaults being the most prominent. Non-identification persisted in 70.6% of cases in the emergency room and in 62% until the outcome. Twenty caregivers of people with chronic illnesses and dependency participated, using Van Manen's methodology.Results: four themes emerged: family support as a source of emotional strength; spirituality as a source of support for caregiving; the economic complexity of caregiving; and the struggle for access to health care.
