Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis occurred using IRAMUTEQ®. The research was approved by the institution's Research Ethics Committee.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>students use cyberspace to communicate, study, find \"cool things\", share photos and memories. Furthermore, they are concerned about hate speech, intolerance and fake news. The good and bad sides and the types of technologies most used were also portrayed.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>the moral and ethical values of physical coexistence, together with awareness of individual responsibility, are the pillars for using cyberspace. {"title":"Morbidity and factors associated with frailty in post-COVID-19 elderly patients attended at a reference center.","authors":"Ely Carlos Pereira de Jesus, Victor Guilherme Pereira, Zilá Aparecida Soares Pereira, Maria Suzana Marques, Cristiane Vieira da Silva, Leila das Graças Siqueira, Luciana Colares Maia, Antônio Prates Caldeira","doi":"10.1590/0034-7167-2023-0454","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1590/0034-7167-2023-0454","url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objective: </strong>To assess the morbidity profile and identify factors associated with frailty syndrome in post-COVID-19 elderly patients treated at the only Reference Center for Elderly Health Care in northern Minas Gerais.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This is a case series study, utilizing the Clinical-Functional Vulnerability Index-20 (CFVI-20) and Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) to characterize and evaluate the health condition of the group. To define the variables associated with frailty, a multivariate analysis was conducted.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The study included 204 elderly individuals, with a predominance of females (63.7%). Searches were conducted in the LILACS, BDENF, Web of Science, Scopus, MEDLINE databases and Google Scholar platform. The research protocol was registered in the Open Science Framework.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>eighteen articles out of 2,055 studies were selected as relevant for this study. The articles were grouped into four axes: Access to healthcare services; Nutritional aspects of quilombola children; Health problems of quilombola children; and Care for quilombola children. We utilized the EPI-APS COVID-19 instrument and its adapted version for resident professionals.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>455 PHC workers and 102 residents participated in the study. Among them, 54.5% and 55.9%, respectively, engaged in training activities. We observed an association between participation in training activities and the proper use of gloves (p<0.001), gowns (p=0.009), goggles/face shields (p=0.002), and overall adherence (p<0.001) among PHC workers, and the proper use of surgical masks (p=0.028) among residents. The process was divided into six stages, from the definition of the theme to the validation and application of the game. The study was carried out from May to August 2022, involving 17 nursing professionals from a Central Sterile Supply Department during day and night shifts, as well as 9 judges.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the study resulted in the construction of a board game named by the authors as \"My Health First.\"</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>the research achieved its objective of constructing and validating an educational game. The prototype guides patients through a body diagram and directs them to an evaluation using specific instruments that address the multidimensional aspects of chronic pain.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the GerenciaDOR* project enables navigation through the Web App screens, providing access to pain assessment features up to the presentation of results.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>the study describes a systematic approach to pain assessment and expands nurses' knowledge in pain management. Utilizaram-se questionário com variáveis sociodemográficas, laborais e de saúde, o Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire e o Diagrama de Corlett e Manenica. Realizou-se análise bivariada.</p><p><strong>Resultados: </strong>participaram 149 trabalhadores. Prevaleceu dor musculoesquelética na coluna lombar no último ano (65,8%) e últimos sete dias (42,3%). Constataram-se associações entre automedicação e dor na parte inferior das costas (p=0,020) e ombros (p=0,026); sedentarismo, oito horas de sono diárias e dor nos tornozelos (p=0,041) e pés (p=0,039); ex-tabagismo, uso de medicamento e dor nos punhos (p=0,015) e mãos (p=0,004).</p><p><strong>Conclusões: </strong>prevaleceram lombalgias associadas a hábitos de saúde e vida. The Brazilian version of the Practice Environment Scale-Nursing Work Index and the Complexity Characterization Questionnaire were administered to 132 nurses. Subsequently, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 participants, and the data were subjected to thematic analysis. Data integration was achieved through a connection approach.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the nursing practice environment was found to be favorable, except in the subscale concerning Staffing and Resource Adequacy, where complexity was present in the activities. The three emerging categories explained human and technical aspects related to complexity in the practice environment, quality of care, and patient safety.
