The methodological basis of the\u0000study was the methods of analysis, synthesis and observation, which provided an\u0000opportunity to actualize the main problems of the development of the public\u0000administration system today.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiated main\u0000directions of changes and transformational processes of the domestic system of public\u0000administration under the influence of civilizational changes and globalization\u0000challenges. The article analyzes modern trends in the development of public\u0000administration in Ukraine. The following trends in public administration are singled\u0000out and analyzed: step-by-step improvement of the model of public administration;formation of effective organization and activities of executive authorities at\u0000various levels; reforming local self-government and creating self-sufficient territorial\u0000communities; the process of redistribution and demarcation of competencies and\u0000powers of public authorities;reforming the territorial organization of power based on\u0000the principles of economic expediency and social necessity;reforming and modernization\u0000of civil service and service in local self-government bodies, etc.Further ways of\u0000improving the system of public administration in Ukraine are proposed.\u0000Conclusions. {"title":"Digitalization оf Geo-Economic Space:\u0000Trends, Challenges аnd Prospects оf Growth","authors":"Hlazova Anna","doi":"10.33813/2224-1213.30.2023.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33813/2224-1213.30.2023.1","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to study the features of modern trends in the\u0000digitization of the geo-economic space, as well as its challenges and prospects for\u0000the growth of the economy in the conditions of modern changes.\u0000The research methodology involved the use of general scientific methods\u0000(analysis, synthesis, specification, classification) and specific economic methods\u0000(systemic and structural studies, quantitative analysis).\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the establishment of the\u0000key trends of digitalization preserving the possibility of sustainable development\u0000in the conditions of modern geo-economic shifts cased by russian aggression.\u0000Conclusions. Digitization of the economy is a modern tool for the development\u0000of new competitive advantages in the country geo-economic positioning. The\u0000economic efficiency of digitalization lies in the balance between resource intensity\u0000and capital intensity of the industry on the one hand, as well as productivity\u0000(profitability) on the other hand and is characterized by an exponential decrease\u0000in cost with a combination of available cloud services. As a result of the study,\u0000the main trends in the development of digitization in the global dimension were\u0000systematized: IT sector deepening (established on the basis of an analysis of the\u0000dynamics of global expenditures on the IT sector and expenditures on powerful\u0000data centers, as a result of which an additional increase in world GDP by 13 trillion\u0000dollars is expected by 2030); the dominance of the service sector and the financial\u0000sector in terms of the sectoral spread of digitalization in the world (established\u0000on the basis of a comparative analysis by economic sector). Empirical analysis of\u0000the structure of the spread of digitalization by the branches of the economy of\u0000Ukraine revealed that it is characterized by a service direction in the form of\u0000remote access digital services (predominantly state services, electronic payments,\u0000retail trade, etc.). Postoienko), and raise students’ awareness\u0000about healthy behavior in integrated classes when learning of E. Ionesco’s drama\u0000«Rhinoceros» (World literature) and go on to summarize and systematize the\u0000acquired knowledge while learning the topic «The Mob» (Life safety).\u0000The methodology of the survey is range of scientific methods and approaches.\u0000A content-oriented approach has been applied to identify content-based integration\u0000of academic disciplines in one topic. The activity-based approach made it possible\u0000for university students to acquire new knowledge in the process of their\u0000independent educational and cognitive activity. The comparative method helps to\u0000compare the images created by E. Ionesco with the literary process and the\u0000traditions of world literature, and to reveal the author innovation in the field\u0000of eidology.\u0000The scientific novelty: the article describes the model of an integrated lesson\u0000«The Mob», which helps to summarize the theoretical knowledge on the topic.\u0000Students correlate their ideas about the mob psychology and the characters’ behavior\u0000in E. Ionesco’s drama «Rhinoceros» (lack of personality and responsibility for their\u0000actions; low intelligence and high emotionality; being influenced by a leader; high\u0000impressionability; rapid mood swings).\u0000Conclusion. One of the key objectives of higher education, which is in line with\u0000the social policy of our government, is to preserve and promote public health. Personality assessments are administered for a variety of purposes\u0000among different groups of qualified personnel in a wide range of practice settings,\u0000including the educational and scientific fields. There is strong evidence of the\u0000usefulness of specific personality tests in these settings, especially using a multiparameter assessment system. However, there are no unified guidelines that form\u0000the basis for current personality assessment practice. The absence of these guidelines\u0000may contribute to increased inconsistencies in the formation of work teams for\u0000research projects by research managers.\u0000The aim of the article is to form the main methods for assessing the results\u0000of scientific activity of scientific teams, used in Ukraine, with identifying their\u0000advantages and disadvantages. Adequate assessment of the effectiveness of\u0000scientific teams and individual scientists is a key task for building a rating of\u0000both the scientist himself and the scientific institution in which he has\u0000affiliation.\u0000The methodology of the research is based on the principle of systematicity, a\u0000comparative analysis of evaluation criteria has been carried out.\u0000Scientific novelty. The article considers the principles, methods and indicators\u0000of scientometric evaluation of information processes in science and evaluation\u0000of publication activity of individuals and scientific teams; analyzes the main\u0000criteria for assessing the prospects of scientific directions, evaluation of the\u0000effectiveness of scientific organizations, their departments and individual\u0000employees; shows the means of accounting additional information; proposes\u0000criteria for evaluating the work of scientific teams and methods of assessing\u0000each of the criteria.\u0000Conclusions. It has been determined that the transition to specific quantitative\u0000assessments will require a clearer formalization of the above criteria, as well as\u0000the formation of unambiguous algorithms for their application. A proposal has\u0000been made to evaluate the work of a scientific unit as a scientific team, the\u0000composition of which can be interdepartmental or international, and possible criteria\u0000for evaluating its work have been considered. A proposal has been made to introduce\u0000different scales of evaluation for theoretical and applied areas of science.
