The purpose of the article is to substantiate\u0000the didactic foundations of the training of tactical-level military\u0000specialists with higher education, taking into account the experience\u0000of the military education systems of the leading NATO countries.\u0000The research methodology involved the use of methods of analysis,\u0000synthesis, systematization and generalization. The relevance of the\u0000problem is being investigated, its importance in the light of a determined\u0000state policy in the security and defense sphere is shown. Didactics of\u0000educational systems is considered as a complex concept, which contains\u0000two organic components – theoretical and applied. The basic laws and\u0000principles of development of educational systems of the leading leading\u0000countries of the world (the theoretical component of the didactic concept) have been determined. The main directions of the correction\u0000of the components of theoretical and applied didactics in the preparation\u0000of military specialists in the Military Higher Educational Institutions\u0000of Ukraine have been substantiated, namely: the requirements for\u0000specialists, the structure and content of the military specialists training,\u0000control and monitoring in the educational process, etc.\u0000Originality. The regularities and principles of functioning of\u0000educational systems have been determined; a number of didactic\u0000measures aimed at implementing transformation processes in the system\u0000of military specialists training in Ukraine have been proposed. The\u0000didactic approaches should facilitate convergence of military educational\u0000systems of NATO countries, increase the efficiency of the system of\u0000military education in Ukraine, and improve the quality of training of\u0000military specialists with higher education.\u0000Conclusion. Transformation processes in the system of training of\u0000military specialists with higher education at the present time should\u0000be aimed at implementation of the requirements of the basic legal\u0000documents on the security and defense policy of the state, at introduction\u0000of the didactic basis in the system of officers training, inherent in the\u0000military educational systems of the leading NATO countries. During the study, the method of theoretical synthesis,\u0000generalization, structural analysis, observation and generalization, formalization\u0000was used. The article analyzes the role of Internet technologies in the commercial\u0000and marketing activities of a modern enterprise. The components of Internet technologies are defined. The necessity of application of such technologies during sales\u0000activity of the enterprise is disclosed. The specifics of Internet trading are identified. Internet marketing technologies are defined and systematized. The advantages of using Internet marketing as a tool for marketing communications of an\u0000enterprise are substantiated. The reserves of increasing the level of marketing\u0000activities after the use of Internet technologies are outlined. The practical value\u0000of the results obtained is the development of modern Internet marketing technologies to ensure the efficient operation of the enterprise and optimize certain\u0000business processes.\u0000The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the development of a mechanism\u0000for the application of Internet marketing technologies for the marketing activities\u0000of the enterprise.\u0000Conclusions. With the introduction of the Internet marketing complex, modern\u0000companies can automate the process of interaction with customers, provide personalized service at a convenient time, effectively organize feedback, quickly\u0000receive marketing information and make effective and informed decisions based\u0000on it. Ilchenko, Adam Bodyuk, Olena Ablova, Hanna Medvid","doi":"10.33813/2224-1213.30.2023.10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33813/2224-1213.30.2023.10","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to study the problem of sustainable development\u0000on the example of the Kryvorizh region, namely: the level and specificity of\u0000landscape destruction in Kryvorizh as a result of the long-term development of\u0000iron ore deposits.\u0000The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and specific\u0000methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling,\u0000systematization and generalization.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the well-founded essence\u0000of environmental pollution and environmental violations, it was concluded that the\u0000current environmental tax does not correspond to the definition of the tax.It is\u0000proposed to provide the new payment with the performance of a penal-incentive\u0000function, which must be considered as a theoretical concept.The article determines\u0000that Kryvorizhia belongs to the most ecologically dangerous territories in Ukraine,\u0000where large areas of land have been withdrawn from agricultural use. The authors\u0000proposed in the Tax Code of Ukraine to limit preferential taxation for placing on\u0000the territory of each ton of mining waste and to raise the tax rate to the objective\u0000level of the III class of danger, which is due to the content of highly toxic heavy\u0000metals in the composition of this waste. To replace the name and mechanism of\u0000payment for environmental pollution, damage to the health of the population in\u0000the Tax Code of Ukraine. It is proposed to give the new payment a punitive and\u0000stimulating function, which must be considered as a new theoretical concept.\u0000Conclusions. Research methodology is based on the use of methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of observation, methods of induction and deduction,\u0000methods of comparison and analogy, graphic, logical methods.\u0000The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis, synthesis\u0000and observation, which provided an opportunity to actualize the main problems of\u0000the development of the public administration system today.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiated role of\u0000marketing pricing of the enterprise and the proposal of ways of its improvement.\u0000Pricing methods were analyzed, and a comprehensive system of information support\u0000for the marketing pricing process was investigated. The functions of analysis of\u0000marketing pricing and types of price planning are considered. Directions for\u0000improving methodical approaches to price calculation, its adjustment to the existing\u0000economic situation, and further development of the state’s economy are shown.\u0000Conclusions. marketing pricing is the art of price management and pricing,\u0000the art of setting such prices for goods (services) and varying them depending on\u0000the product’s position on the market, so that the set goals are achieved and the\u0000company receives income from it. In the process of analysis, a number of scientific\u0000research methods were used, in particular such general scientific methods as\u0000analysis and synthesis, methods of deduction and induction, systematization and\u0000abstraction, as well as specific scientific methods: economic and mathematical\u0000analysis, dynamic and comparative analysis, methods of planning, forecasting and\u0000modeling . The principles of formation of the potential of a telecommunications\u0000enterprise, the role of PJSC «Kyivstar» in the domestic telecommunications market\u0000are revealed, the methodology of analysis of the formation of the enterprise’s\u0000potential and the efficiency of its use is given, and ways of its improvement are\u0000proposed.\u0000The scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in identifying and\u0000systematizing the main indicators of the efficiency of the development of the\u0000enterprise’s potential, which made it possible to evaluate the enterprise at the time\u0000of the analysis and to propose ways to increase the efficiency of the use of the\u0000potential, and therefore, the activity of PrJSC «Kyivstar» in general.\u0000Conclusions. “Kyivstar” PJSC is characterized by: fairly stable level of economic\u0000condition, property potential, financial stability and liquidity, high level of business\u0000activity and profitability indicators. The company needs to constantly diagnose the\u0000current situation and find niches to ensure the development of the company in the\u0000highly competitive market of telecommunications services. On the basis of research on the globalization of the\u0000world, the theory of systems and systemology, the transformation of systems, the\u0000psychological structure of the individual, the foundations of the creation and\u0000transformation in space and time of any micro- and macro-systems - products of\u0000human activity are substantiated, and the patterns of transformational processes\u0000in the systems of human activity are determined.\u0000Scientific novelty. For the first time, the Paradigm of creation and transformation\u0000in space and time of any micro- and macrosystems – products of human activity\u0000was developed and substantiated, and the patterns of transformational processes\u0000in the systems of human activity were determined. The research has both theoretical\u0000and practical significance for the analysis of the creation, functioning and\u0000transformation of systems of human activity.\u0000Conclusion. Man, as a biological system, is a determining factor in the creation,\u0000development and transformation of systems of various origins. The traditional model of\u0000public administration has undergone serious changes and has actually been replaced\u0000by a new model of public administration. This change is a change characterized by\u0000a transition from administration to management and from bureaucracy to the\u0000market. This transformation was the result of economic pressures resulting from\u0000the ongoing financial crisis, which was associated with the rise of conservative\u0000political parties in Western democracies. The development of democracy raises the\u0000level of requirements for the quality of public administration. Modern societies\u0000strengthen control over the activities of state organizations, demanding both\u0000economic efficiency and effectiveness of activities, but also the provision of clientoriented results of activities (social values). Modern processes of democratization\u0000of Ukrainian society and reform of the system of public administration of Ukraine\u0000include not only the use of new management technologies, but also the introduction\u0000of innovative and effective management models. Such models of public management\u0000as «new public management», «governance» and «good governance» have been\u0000successfully tested by many developed countries of the world, the essence of these\u0000models is the gradual transition from executive-administrative forms of management\u0000to governance focused on satisfying needs and interests customers. Analysis of the\u0000concept of new public management, its goals, principles and characteristics shows\u0000that its elements are based on existing theoretical developments and have already\u0000been applied in one form or another in world practice. At the same time, due to\u0000the wide application of market mechanisms, the new public management is a\u0000different view of public management.\u0000The scientific novelty consists in the study of the essence of the traditional\u0000model of public administration. The main characteristics of New Public Management\u0000are presented.\u0000Conclusions. New public management arises as a result of the application of\u0000an economic approach to the analysis of the activity of the public administration\u0000system. Unlike most countries\u0000in the world, Ukraine has gone through a difficult path of reforms to form effective, economically self-sufficient territorial communities. It is proved that a number of laws, legislative initiatives and regulations in Ukraine significantly oppress\u0000local self-government; and it is also noted that political structures and parties in\u0000Ukraine, working in local governments, do not always contribute to the development of territorial communities. It is proposed to carry out appropriate comprehensive reforms: 1) to strengthen the transparency, responsibility and institutional capacity of state authorities and local self-government in their accountability to society; 2) intensify the reform of judicial, law enforcement and regulatory\u0000bodies of state power, local self-government, carry out maximum digitalization,\u0000introduce a system of efficiency and reduce discretion; 3) to carry out real deoligarchization and bring big business to the values of social responsibility in Ukrainian society; 4) to form measures to transfer the economy and society to greater\u0000innovation and creative values; 5) launch infrastructure reform; 6) reform social\u0000and family values.\u0000Conclusions. The communities that received resources and great powers basically did not realize their economic potential. The asymmetry of the economic\u0000development of the regions of Ukraine over the past 9-10 years has only intensified. The reason is a significant number of laws and regulations that are contrary\u0000to the interests or do not allow to reveal the potential of local communities. Such\u0000problems can be resolved at the legislative level, taking into account the needs of\u0000local communities. Therefore, the analysis of scientific literature in the\u0000field of management, marketing and business communications will be able to raise\u0000a certain interest in how to act in crisis situations through crisis management and\u0000business communications in times of crisis.\u0000The research methodology includes: methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison,\u0000generalization and forecasting.\u0000The scientific novelty – is to adapt the approaches of scientific management\u0000and marketing to modern realities in the field of business communications. The\u0000authors also used historical, systemic and informational approaches.\u0000Conclusions. The study found that scientific management and marketing, their\u0000application in practice, and scientific recommendations are quite effective in modern realities, but need to be adapted to modern business communications, since\u0000many negative phenomena of our time have caused transformations in this area\u0000and continue to affect this market segment.
