The number of graduates of each skill competency in Vocational High Schools will create a Supply-Demand imbalance and affect the level of competition in the world of work. As in Indonesia, Computer and Network Engineering expertise programs are mostly held by every Vocational High School, while Welding Engineering expertise programs are still rare. This is the cause of the large number of unemployed Vocational High School graduates. In preparing for a career, students often have problems such as ambiguity, uncertainty and considerable stress when facing career exploration and career decision making. Career adaptability is the ability and readiness to face unexpected situations, assignments, and career transitions including participating in school demands to prepare for a career. The purpose of this study was to find out the comparison of career adaptability between students in Computer and Network Engineering and in Welding Engineering. This research method is a quantitative method with comparative analysis, data collection using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale developed by Savickas, data analysis using Independent T-Test. The results showed that the total respondents were 160 Vocational High School students with 80 Computer and Network Engineering students and 80 Welding Engineering students. The level of student career adaptability is at a high level but there are differences between the sample groups, the career adaptability of students in Computer and Network Engineering is lower than the career adaptability of students in Welding Engineering. The determining factor for the difference in the level of career adaptability of students is thought to be due to the level of career anxiety of students towards career challenges, career obstacles, and career threats which ultimately affect the Confidence dimension. Researchers suggest increasing career adaptability to prepare before entering the world of work. Taking into account these constraints, extending interest match theory to recommend that job satisfaction relationships are sometimes asymmetrical or professionally unsuitable, subjective fit or \"self-assessment accuracy\" and levels of personnel and environmental variables increase from low to high job satisfaction. Researchers used a systematic literature review to determine developments in job seeker trends that have occurred until 2020. The results suggest that a non-conformity asymmetry is usually present in terms of interest and job satisfaction, and that the shape of the mismatch can change between the suitability and interest comparisons. In addition, job satisfaction is sometimes adjusted for low to high human and environmental variables. This finding is very different from the constraints imposed by many interest-related studies. Literature review is that examines literature to meet research criteria by reviewing academic ideas and knowledge. The nature of this research is narrative and descriptive based on an orderly analysis of the literature so that information can be decomposed accurately. In this research, it will be limited according to the research keywords, namely job search, career, social suitability, suitability, interest, and job satisfaction with the concept of TVET (Technical and Vocational Education Training) and Vocational Behavior. In a systematic literature review, a representation of the research flow is described which consists of planning, identification, conducting a literature review and conclusions. In the exploration of the data there are links that suggest that professionals participate in a dynamic process of building their career narratives and descriptive with emerging and often complex professional self-concepts. The concept of self-efficacy makes the job seeker process more stable and cohesive as well as when they are engaged in professional work. This study finds that there is an interaction between exploratory flexibility. Opportunity and adaptation to challenges, as well as a desire for stability and predictability, drive career development. From the top surface of the river, it will provide information that a height of 500 cm means that it is dangerous to have crossed the embankment, a level below which a height of 450 cm means standby 3, and a height of 400 means standby 2 and a height of 350 cm means standby 1. This study aims to determine the factors that can shape consumer behavior, especially behavioral intention, namely restaurant image, information quality, and novelty seeking. This type of research is explanatory research by conducting a direct online survey to users of the online transportation mobile application, especially in food delivery. The total sample used in this study was 315 respondents and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that restaurant image and information quality significantly affected novelty seeking and behavioral intention. Novelty seeking has an impact on behavioral intention. Based on the analysis of restaurant image and information quality in online transportation applications, especially food delivery, they play a crucial role in behavioral intention. Although novelty seeking can impact behavioral intention, this study did not find the effect of the mediating part of novelty seeking, so we can conclude that novelty seeking is only an alternative determinant of behavioral intention in ordering online food delivery. The study results also show that online transportation applications, especially food delivery, are innovations in information technology that make it easier for users to support daily needs activities. However, only a few Vocational Training Centers have tried pilot projects involving people with disabilities in inclusive vocational training. This study investigates approaches and methods employed by instructors in conducting inclusive vocational training. We present findings from a qualitative study based on virtual focus group discussions involving eight instructors with different skill and competency backgrounds from the garment apparel, hospitality, information technology, and management business vocational departments at Vocational Training Centers under the Ministry of Manpower (MoM). The data was transcribed manually and coded using NVIVO software. The result showed that due to requirements for persons with disabilities entering vocational training, the training participants were still dominated by persons with physical and sensory disabilities. Thus, instructors tend to apply approaches and methods depending on participants with disabilities they handle. Instructors attempted using adaptive training aids and materials such as using training machines or software that are accessible to individuals with different disabilities. The biggest challenge in implementing remote laboratories is the physical equipment and assessment of the facility. Not only technical support but also usability and support for students should be considered. On the technical side, the physical equipment must be fully controlled independently by the student. The remote laboratory performance was tested using the Web Applications Performance Test (WAPT) tool. Questionnaires for students were used to determine the ease of use and accessibility of the application of this laboratory. This research found that the software and equipment were quite good in the remote laboratory that was being developed. Likewise, the control on the student side is also well accessible. There is a significant weakness that one user can only use this remote laboratory at a time.
