The phenomenon of the coffee shop spaces are being modified into working areas, as well as saving cashflow from the coffee shop which has been minimally visited since the pandemic. This study is focused on analyzing the physical environment of several coffee shops in Denpasar which have been modified the function of space as co-working based on Bitner's Serviscape theory through observation and descriptive reasoning methods. Finally, the results of the study revealed that aspects of flexibility, adaptability, and originality play roles during the process of modifying the function of coffee shop into co-working.
