This means that there is a greater need of analyzing health information in a better way. And this can be done through document classification in natural language applications. In this study, we describe tagging of patient notes with ICD-9 codes through topical word embedding in deep learning called EnHANs. We formulate this paper as a multi-label, multi-class classification problem to categorize the ICD-9 codes of a dataset with 400,000 critical care unit medical records. Knowing accurate diagnosis using ICD-9 codes is a vital information for billing and insurance claims. In the implementation of logistics after the port model can really give the city's low-carbon logistics network to bring a good impact. This paper through the establishment of DEA model to complete the efficiency evaluation work. After the collection of Beijing 2008-2016 statistics, the use of DEAP2.1 software for longitudinal evaluation. By analyzing the evaluation results of the model, this paper analyzes the utilization rate of resources and the low energy consumption ability before and after the construction of the highway port in Beijing, and draws the conclusion that the highway port can bring about the favorable influence of the low carbon capacity of the regional logistics. In terms of the film industry, film critics can influence the choice of consumers. On the basis of predecessors' research, this paper establishes the evaluation model of viewing intention based on eWOM and validates it based on 25641 film critics. Therefore, this paper relied on a desktop research and a total of five global regions was studied. Consequently, in our exploration, the present study taught that global e-Government is currently performing well in that every region has seen some form of growth in the 2016 e-Government development rankings.
