From the perspective of overall industry development, the modern logistics management theory and emerging technologies are considered synthetically to solve the problem of high cost of logistics distribution. Taking Rookie Post as an example, this paper explores the application of the strategy of resource integration in distribution cost control. Base on the Evaluation Likelihood Model (ELM), this research aims to find out the main persuasive factors of online reviews on consumers' attitude and behavior over restaurant food products. 158 valid questionnaires are collected, and the data is analyzed by using LISREL. The result shows that the quality of the contents and the quality of reviewers influence consumer's decision making, and the quality of content has a greater impact than the quality of reviewers. Numbers of browsing and likes are the most represented factors among the quality of reviewers while insight and readability best represent the quality of contents. However, an observation of China Pilot Free Trade Zones and the trade facilitation rules contained therein shows that the current trade facilitation rules may be of little practical use for countries that lack the capacity to be involved in the international production activities in the first place. However, the economical tough conditions may hurdle such endeavor and therefore SME need to adopt new solutions. Cloud computing as a new IT capability can solve many problems to SME in terms of cost, technology, and availability. Many SMEs in developing countries are still reluctant to adopt such technology. This research investigates the main factors that impact adoption of cloud computing by interviewing 16 managers of e-commerce SME and analyzes the collected data qualitatively. Through a network survey, a total of 349 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 and AMOS Graphics version 21. The results show that external factors and internal factors influence online compulsive buying behavior through mediating variables (self-control and negative emotions). The role of internal factors is more powerful than the role of external factors. All variables of the internal factors have a positive influence on negative emotions, and all variables of the external factors have a negative influence on self-control. This paper propose suggestions to reduce consumers' online compulsive buying behavior.
