UTAUT is a combination of eight user acceptance of technology models that have been developed previously. UTAUT is also used by some researchers to see the intentions and behavior of information technology users in the field of education. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence that the determinant factors of SIMAK utilization (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions) influence behavioral intention. The four constructs of UTAUT are moderated by gender and age variables. The underlying phenomenon of this research is not optimal in using of SIMAK by the academic community, so that the existence and using of SIMAK is not maximal and it's utilization not measured for all academic communities. Data is obtained through 202 questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques use linear regression with tool of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variable of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have a significant influence on behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that restrict the coordinated development of e-commerce and logistics, and formulate the development strategy according to these constraints. In this study, through literature review and summarized the electronic commerce and logistics coordinated development situation, and summed up the electronic commerce and logistics coordinated development problems, we give the conclusion is: Electronic Commerce and logistics cannot be coordinated development of several aspects, which is not the transmission of information, service and sales. Our research shows that the government and the related enterprises adopt some corresponding strategies to solve the problem of collaborative development. These strategies are: using existing resources to integrate logistics enterprises at the end, constructing e-commerce and logistics collaborative information platform, and innovating management technology to improve the level of collaborative management. As we all know the travel agencies can obtain the knowledge resources and operational resources needed for the management and promoting the growth performance of the travel agency through the social capital network constructed by the executive. Taking the 185 travel agencies in China as a sample, the structural equation model is used to carry out the hypothesis test.
