Henan province in the strategic background "The Belt and Road" and under the "Internet plus" new situation, how to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, realize the coordinated development has become the urgent problem to solve cross-border and Cross border Logistics. Based on this, this paper studies on "The Belt and Road" Initiative this strategy under the background of the development of Henan Province, the cross-border electricity supplier logistics mode and problems of cross-border electricity supplier logistics system in Henan province SWOT analysis, put forward the improvement and innovation of the cross-border electricity supplier logistics mode in Henan province.
