摘要

土地整理在增加有效耕地面积、改善农村生产条件和生态环境方面取得了显著成效。采用层次分析法-模糊综合评价法对四川省苍溪县百河石门镇土地整理项目进行了综合效益评价,得出综合效益评价结果为“良好”。结果表明:猕猴桃产量增长率、土地形成率、植被覆盖度增长率和大田道路通达性改善显著,但耕地质量不高,土地整理管理机制不够合理;最后,从增加财政投入完善基础设施、吸收社会资本提高供给能力、系统制定规划形成整理力量等方面提出提高土地整理效益的对策。
