摘要

科技金融体系是科技创新发展的重要支撑,本文将科技金融体系和科技创新作为两个独立的体系,选取中国科技创新和金融体系的代表性指标,利用因子弹性分析模型对2004 - 2014年相关数据的两项自适应效率进行分析和综合评价。研究结果表明,中国科技金融体系与科技创新发展密切相关,其适应效率呈现由波动状态向持续稳定发展的变化格局。最后,根据研究结果提出相应的政策启示。
