Research on Logistics Distribution Cost Control Based on Resource Integration-Take the Rookie Post as an Example

Abstract

Based on Resource Integration Theory, this paper analyzes the resource redundancy in logistics distribution and then takes efforts to explore resources integration strategies to reduce the cost of logistics distribution. From the perspective of overall industry development, the modern logistics management theory and emerging technologies are considered synthetically to solve the problem of high cost of logistics distribution. Taking Rookie Post as an example, this paper explores the application of the strategy of resource integration in distribution cost control. By analyzing its effect and existing problems, this paper proposes a feasible way to reduce the cost of logistics industry by improving the current situation of resource redundancy in the logistics distribution.
