By analyzing the evaluation results of the model, this paper analyzes the utilization rate of resources and the low energy consumption ability before and after the construction of the highway port in Beijing, and draws the conclusion that the highway port can bring about the favorable influence of the low carbon capacity of the regional logistics. 摘要

针对目前物流业存在的“散、小、乱、差”等问题,物流公路港模式应运而生。在实施物流后的港口模式确实可以给城市的低碳物流网络带来良好的影响。本文通过建立DEA模型来完成效率评价工作。在收集北京市2008-2016年统计数据后,采用DEAP2.1软件进行纵向评价。通过对模型评价结果的分析,对北京市公路港口建设前后的资源利用率和低能耗能力进行了分析,得出公路港口建设对区域物流低碳能力的有利影响。资源利用、节能减排优势明显。
