To understand the significant relationship between leadership, economic development and social harmony, a case study was conducted in the state of Sabah, Malaysia. For that purpose, a mixed method approach has been used to enable qualitative data to be obtained from secondary sources and interviews with selected respondents and quantitative data be collected using a set of questionnaires designed by the researcher. A total of 8 respondents were selected for an interview session to obtain qualitative data and a total of 100 respondents were selected to provide feedback using a questionnaire, and they were chosen using purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative data obtained, the study found that there is indeed a significant relationship between leadership, economic development and social harmony in Sabah, Malaysia. While previous research has primarily examined spirituality from a religious perspective, marketing scholars are now exploring how individuals interact with spiritual products, services, and locations to enhance their spiritual well-being and create meaningful experiences. This has led to a ground-breaking study in the Malaysian mobile service provider industry, where researchers sought to understand how spirituality influences customer satisfaction. The social exchange theory has proven that the exchange of benefits has determined its ability to satisfy individual needs and desires through this study. Using a purposive sampling method, 187 responses were gathered and analysed using the PLS-SEM technique. The results were astounding, revealing that all factors significantly impacted customer satisfaction. Specifically, spirituality mediated the relationship between brand prestige, alternative attractiveness, and customer satisfaction. This discovery has opened new doors for companies to connect with their customers on a deeper level and for researchers to explore the intriguing intersection between brand prestige, alternative attractiveness, and spirituality. On top of that, this study has achieved two critical criteria by looking at spirituality from the perspective of subscribers’ behaviour in society and cognitive processes, eliminating the influence of materialism. The findings anticipate that when mobile service providers offer their best services to their customers, it will bring about significant changes in the industry, leading to a higher quality of life during the endemic. This is especially relevant given the high reliance on digitalisation among customers today. A quality mosque is one of the driving factors for the community to attend prayer and pray in congregation at the mosque. Despite this, one of the factors associated with the lack of individual attendance at mosques is the level of mosque quality that is less than satisfactory. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the level of mosque quality based on the perception of mosque congregations and the effect of a quality mosque on the implementation of congregational prayers in mosques in the state of Kelantan. A total of 618 data were obtained from mosque congregations in Kelantan which were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of the study prove that a) the community's perception of the quality of the mosque is high (M=6.18-6.22; SD:0.93-0.96) and b) there is a positive and large influence of the quality of the mosque on the performance of congregational prayers in the mosque (ß=.775 , t=29.578, p<0.01, f2=1.508). Based on the results of IPMA's analysis in PLS, quality mosque management is the most important factor that affects the execution of congregational prayers in mosques followed by the quality of religious lectures in mosques, the quality of mosque infrastructure and facilities as well as the quality of cleanliness, cheerfulness and safety of mosques. This effort was made to contain the Covid-19 pandemic which has had a major impact not only on human health, but also in the employment sector. Despite the implementation of the MCO, the community as a whole experienced changes in various matters related to their daily lives, especially among working women. This involves changes in terms of the work environment. However, information related to the difference in the workplace environment before and after the MCO is still lacking in scientific explanation. Accordingly, by applying a mixed-method approach, a study of working women's perception of the difference in the workplace environment before and after the MCO in Sabah and Sarawak was conducted. In general, this study found that the majority of respondents agreed that the working atmosphere before and after the MCO was different. In order to investigate the effect a quantitative design is used to measure the styles of leadership such as transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership. The data was obtained through online questionnaire used Google Form via WhatsApp. It was analysed to examine the effect of leadership styles towards job satisfaction in Malaysian public sector. The total of population for this study was 777, and the respondent was the worker inside Penang Royal Malaysian Customs Department. However, only 126 respondents answered the questionnaires given. The results of the survey revealed entrepreneurial leadership styles has the highest effect towards job satisfaction. The entrepreneurial leadership style helped in increasing the job satisfaction of the employees selected for this research. This is because the bureaucracy itself establishes a variety of rules and thus sets formal rules for individual employees. This poses a major challenge to management in the public sector. Failure in management will have profound implications for public service delivery. In this paper, the challenges in government management of the public sector are considered from a result of view arising from the 'silo' culture of which an organization is not aware of its existence. A family business is a business entity managed by the same family members. Although there are no complete statistics on the number of family businesses in Malaysia, but family businesses in Malaysia have a contribution to the country, especially family businesses owned by Muslims. The main objective of this paper is to study succession management planning in an Islamic family business in the state of Kedah. Thus, this paper discusses the succession planning process from the founder (original owner) to the second and subsequent generations. This study was conducted qualitatively using a case study approach. Interview techniques were used for data collection on second generation owners of Muslim family businesses. The results of the study found that there are six (6) main dimensions as contributors to the succession planning factors of a family business, namely (i) Identifying replacement candidates; (ii) Involvement of family members in business management; (iii) Develop survival tools for replacement candidates; (iv) Educate and nurture replacement candidates; (v) Consider assistance from outside parties and (vi) Develop an environment of respect and trust. Thus, governments need to cultivate more future entrepreneurs and develop existing entrepreneurs' abilities to drive job opportunities. This study aims to investigate the entrepreneurial intention–behaviour gap. It further examines the moderating effects of COVID-19 perception, entrepreneurial motivation, and prior entrepreneurial exposure on the moderated relationship between entrepreneurial intention and behaviour (action). Entrepreneurship has been widely studied to boost job creation and stimulate the domestic economy. Most studies have focused on entrepreneurial behaviour and new venture creation, drawing on widely tested Ajzen's (2020) theory of planned behaviour (TPB). Entrepreneurial action is widely viewed as an intentionally planned behaviour. The formation of entrepreneurial intention can trigger entrepreneurial behaviour of actually starting up processes. The extant literature reveals that academic researchers consider the studies on the intention-behaviour link as an under-researched area (Alam, Kousar and Rehman, 2019). Hence, examining the link and testing whether the expanded TPB model holds for the Malaysia case makes sense. Although this model is widely tested empirically, new research regarding moderation effects may be valuable (Sabah, 2016). The most important three moderators are COVID-19 perception, entrepreneurial motivation, and prior entrepreneurial exposure, which will be tested to see if their presence moderates the relationship. This study is expected to support three moderators' intention–behaviour link and moderation of this link (Kong, Zhao and Tsai, 2020). This will confirm (or disconfirm) the conventional wisdom that explains why some graduates with entrepreneurial intentions act when others do not.
