In understanding the entrepreneurship traits specifically among the engineering students in Malaysia, limited studies are available as compared to the business students. In contrast, the European and western countries had long pursued the interest in measuring entrepreneurship traits among engineering students. In view of this situation in Malaysia, a measuring instrument was developed and assessed for reliability using the exploratory factor analysis procedure. Quantitative data was collected from 346 engineering students using a structured survey. Based on the reliability testing, the final instrument obtained comprised of nine (9) items yielding two (2) dimensions that are perseverance (6 items) and social & cultural awareness (3 items). The previous study on potential rural indicates the challenges of rural development in terms of sustaining communities and attracting tourists. Thus, this paper intends to fill in the gaps within the boundary of rural attributes in the entrepreneurship’s sustainability. Quantitative research methodology has been adopted to achieve this goal. Data were collected by using research instruments of questionnaire participated by 200 respondents in a rural area in Kelantan. Statistical analysis used with SPSS tools. As part of the paper, the sustainability performance of potential rural entrepreneurs in the aquaculture industry also is highlighted. The study also aims to see relationships and personality trait differences as an internal factor and school climate as an external factor in the entrepreneurship career of SMK students. The dimensions of personality traits consist of Openness, Conscientiousness, and extraversion. School climate dimensions involve teacher factors, curriculum, and co-curricular activities as well as supporting resources. Interest is a major influence and becomes the basis for someone in venturing into entrepreneurship. SMK students are seen to have less information and have basic knowledge about entrepreneurship, so students are not interested in entrepreneurship career. The unsupportive school climate causes the number of students interested in low entrepreneurship. Quantitative approaches are chosen by researchers to obtain and obtain more conclusive evidence. A total of 384 respondents were selected from 2,030,683 SMK students in Malaysia. The findings show that the level of personal trait score, the school climate and the entrepreneurial career interests of SMK students are at a moderate level. The findings of the correlation study found that there was a relationship between the personality traits and the entrepreneurial career interests of SMK students. For the school climate with entrepreneurial entrepreneurship career, SMK students have a significant relationship between the school climate and the entrepreneurial interest. T-test shows that there is no significant difference between the personality traits and the entrepreneurial career interests of SMK students. Even though the social impact is the main objective of waqf creation, it cannot be denied that the economic value is important to help maintain and sustain waqf properties since getting funding for waqf property development is very difficult. Hence, State Islamic Religious Councils (henceforth referred to as the Councils) as waqf trustees are expected to operate as a social enterprise in developing its waqf land. This paper aims to investigate the perceived factors of the current waqf land development practices in each Council that contribute to the Council’s success as a social enterprise. This study employs a qualitative approach where semi-structured interviews were conducted with 22 waqf officers from 14 Councils across Malaysia. The result shows that the Councils operates as social enterprises as they are already in pursuit of the dual mission namely financial sustainability and social purpose. There are nine perceived factors of the current waqf land development practices in each Council that contribute to the Council’s success as a social enterprise: (1) various types of waqf development; (2) sustainability; (3) opportunity; (4) knowledgeable; (5) financing creativity; (6) monitoring; (7) support; (8) public involvement; and (9) human development. The purpose of this paper is first to explore how promotional advertisement with cultural sensitivity can cause a misfit in marketing strategy for the fashion industry’s specific market. Causing the promotion turned provocative. It could be more advantages for a marketer to be able to fully utilize intrinsic and extrinsic strengths while avoiding the market predecessor threat, simultaneously utilize available opportunities and liberalize weaknesses despite putting too much effort to eradicate. Secondly, a specific execution technique used in analyzing the case by adopting the 7 Ps marketing mixed into an inductive single-case study on Naelofar Hijab’s provocative promotion. The finding shows the core strategy in the promotion fashion industry is promoting via social media consist of popularity engagement, Outfit-Of-The-Day (OOTD) approach, and utilization of personnel status as media social active user established strong consumer foundations. While the execution of runway show faced five challenges, but the successful event may uplift brand identity. As far as the adoption of a single-case study is concerned, this could create biases that can affect the final product in terms of reliability, validity and generalizing. However, Erikson (1986) stated, the general lies in the particular, and Flyvberg (2006) stated the strength of a single example is underestimated in its contribution to scientific progress. In a specific and growing sub-industry, this single case study is reasonable to believe that it could be considered as a representative case of companies of the time and its findings sufficiently in general.
