To this end, we first of all a quick analysis of the characteristics of logistics and e-commerce and explore with them the best way to the center of agricultural products based on e-business e-commerce model. Then the establishment of agricultural products based on EBC agile logistics system architecture. Finally, we explore the architecture of technology. In an analysis of the current epidemic of distributed technologies and found that the current Web service technology more appropriate to structure such a system. Web Service is XML, UDDI, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, such as technology integration, WEB technology is object-oriented technology and the perfect combination, it is easy to meet the requirements of the Loosely Coupled between enterprises. This paper proposes an extension of Rete through the concepts of time-stamped events and temporal constraints between events. This allows applications to write rules that process both facts and events. And we use the unjoin method to solve the null join problem. Then give the empirical result to show its feasibility and superiority. But this mechanism may be noneffective since the self-dealing opportunism of managers. This thesis analyses the managers will undertake self-dealing opportunities by choosing time and content of information disclosure to affect the exercise price of stock option. This article put forward the maintenance management frame that can be adjusted automatically according to the change off actual engineering schedule in order to achieving maintenance programming. With taking Visual C++6.0 as the basic development kit, the comprehensive utilization database, the system basic kind of storehouse and so on, designed and established an algorithm program of steam turbine maintenance schedule with network chart technology and critical path algorithm based on thorough understanding of the steam turbine overhaul technology flow. This study developed a mixed model to study travel time reliability based on risk aversion. To define the reliability, we introduced the notion of ldquotravel time budgetrdquo to relate commuterspsila risk aversion on route choice. The travel time budget varies among commuters according to their degrees of risk aversion and requirements on punctual arrivals. A framework of travel decision-making process is designed in this paper, and a fuzzy level of travel demand is introduced. We consider that the total travel demand comprises of two parts, the infrequent travelers and commuters. The traffic volume of infrequent travels is stochastic, which adds to the network traffic in a random manner based on fixed route choice proportion.
