摘要

港口物流是物流业的一个热点，周边港口之间的竞争也越来越激烈。分析了层次分析法存在的不足，在此基础上设计了一个更全面、更科学的港口物流竞争力评价指标体系。采用基于微分原理的加权法Gl计算各指标的权重，采用模糊综合评价法对综合绩效进行评价。通过对宁波-舟山港口物流绩效的实验验证，是对绩效状况的真实反应，为宁波-舟山港口的发展和修正提供理论依据，对评价结果进行讨论后，提出了一些建议和政策选择，使港口采取有针对性的措施提升竞争力。
