摘要

港口物流是物流业的一个热点,周边港口之间的竞争也越来越激烈。分析了层次分析法存在的不足,在此基础上设计了一个更全面、更科学的港口物流竞争力评价指标体系。采用基于微分原理的加权法Gl计算各指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法对综合绩效进行评价。通过对宁波-舟山港口物流绩效的实验验证,是对绩效状况的真实反应,为宁波-舟山港口的发展和修正提供理论依据,对评价结果进行讨论后,提出了一些建议和政策选择,使港口采取有针对性的措施提升竞争力。
