This paper analyses shortcomings of analytic hierarchy process, furthermore, and design a more comprehensive and more scientific evaluation index system of port logistics competitiveness. And calculates every index weight with the weighting method--Gl based on differential principle, appraises comprehensive performance using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
