Therefore there is an indisputable value in analyze and compare the evaluation & determinants of Chinese agribusiness firm Web sites in facilitating the development of agriculture electronic commerce and the success of information economy in general. This study provides a better understanding on the level and interrelated factors of Chinese agribusiness firm Web sites by evaluating the Web sites, measuring the whole level of the Web sites in seven provinces tested of China, designating and testing special factors that are usually thought as interrelated with Web sites. The study concludes that the development of Chinese agribusiness firm Web sites is not fully developed and balanced. For the single agribusiness firm Web sites, most agribusiness firms in China tend to pay more attention to use the Web sites as a promotion tool but pay less attention to conduct virtual trade directly. The proposed of competency theory provides a new perspective to construction the HR management system based on competency. As a bridge to connection core ability of enterprise and the core skills of stuff, the competency model become more and more used in HR management practice. And it gradually becomes the new basic point of building modern strategic HR management system. Introducing briefly the theory of competency, a management intellectual selection model based on competency is developed. Using the knowledge of AHM to calculate the weight at the first grade index and using the knowledge of information entropy to calculate the weigh in the second grade index. In this way, an evaluation index system shall be set up so as to give an overall evaluation by an unascertained measure model which to reflect both subjective and objective information based on the testing scores of the candidate. An innovative application framework of information lifecycle management for construction projects is suggested for all construction participants who can access construction lifecycle information whenever they need, and a visual nD construction information model which can help all construction participants understand the comprehensive construction data exactly is developed. Grading the needy situation of impoverished families helps the government establish better policies, distribute resources more reasonably, and therefore provide aid more effectively. However, the traditional single-factor mode is not adequate, for poverty grade evaluation involves various factors of different weights, and some factors cannot be analyzed by classical algorithm. To overcome such problems, in this paper we establish a model applying the theories and methods of fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive evaluation. Based on fuzzy inference, we perform evaluations which are both qualitative and quantitative, and include exact and inexact factors. We determine the indexes of poverty grade according to maximum membership degree, and assign their weight using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) -- in this way we quantify the qualitative problems. The system under study is based on a real world industrial application. The automatic planning module which adopts the heuristic algorithm is characterized by several constrains such as manufacture continuity, production goods supply, changeable technological route, equipment capability, dynamic job processing time. This module is designed to help planner making plan automatically with aims of averaging productivity, minimizing the total stop time during the production and increasing the practicability of the result. The result scheduling module supplies the function of visual plan inquiry and adjustment with the skills of AJAX and VML, which is conducted to make the planning real-time and easily.
