The automatic planning module which adopts the heuristic algorithm is characterized by several constrains such as manufacture continuity, production goods supply, changeable technological route, equipment capability, dynamic job processing time. This module is designed to help planner making plan automatically with aims of averaging productivity, minimizing the total stop time during the production and increasing the practicability of the result. The result scheduling module supplies the function of visual plan inquiry and adjustment with the skills of AJAX and VML, which is conducted to make the planning real-time and easily. 摘要

本文以钢铁企业炼钢连铸车间为背景,提出了一种基于B/S架构的自动规划和可视化结果调度系统。所研究的系统是基于一个真实世界的工业应用。采用启发式算法的自动规划模块具有生产连续性、产品供给、工艺路线变化、设备能力、作业加工时间动态等约束条件。该模块旨在帮助计划者自动制定计划,以平均生产率为目标,最大限度地减少生产过程中的总停机时间,增加结果的实用性。结果调度模块利用AJAX和VML技术,提供可视化的方案查询和调整功能,实现了方案的实时性和方便性。在设计时充分考虑了通用性,因此本系统适用于不同的钢铁企业。
