Furthermore, based on the assumption of a relationship between specific resources managed by manufacturers and their innovation capability, the authors suggested a reasonable evaluation indicator system, which highlights the sustainable capability and long-term stratagem of innovation. The proposed model, incorporated with the ER-based methodology, can handle uncertain fact and subjective evaluation, and combine the evaluation results from multi-layer efficiently. In the end, a case study is used to illustrate the application of our methodology. To extract this knowledge, a database may be considered as a large search space, and a mining algorithm as a search strategy. In general, a search space consists of an enormous number of elements, which make it is infeasible to search exhaustively. As a search strategy, genetic algorithms have been applied successfully in many fields. In this paper, we present a genetic algorithm-based approach for mining classification rules from large database. For emphasizing on predictive accuracy, comprehensibility and interestingness of the rules and simplifying the implementation of a genetic algorithm, we discuss detail the design of encoding, genetic operator and fitness function of genetic algorithm for this task. Lime-soil cushion is one of the foundation treatment methods which are used early and extensively in this area. Carrying on the study on quality evaluation methods of lime-soil cushion has important meanings to the reliability and economy of engineering construction of the loess area. Through analyzing the existing engineering data and examples, the common quality evaluation methods of lime-soil cushion such as static load test, penetration test, compaction factor test, lime-soil ratio measurement and so on are discussed. The current application of these methods is stated and the existing problems are analyzed. First, we explain the definition, characteristics and implementation of SOA; second, we introduce the concept and mechanism of BPM; finally, we give an overall architecture with combination of SOA and BPM, along with the concrete designing procedure. This solution brings complimentary advantages, as SOA answers for the technological problems such as integration and encapsulation, while BPM issues a revolution in management which concentrates on business process, demanding the enterprise to establish a clear process system and manage it effectively. In recent few decades, the artificial neural network has been successfully employed to solve this problem because of the powerful capability to generalize the nonlinear relationships between the inputs and the desired outputs, without considering real problem domain expressions. A short-term load forecasting method based on BP neural network which is optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is presented in this paper. The PSO is used to optimize the initial parameters of the BP neural network, then based on the optimized result, the BP neural network is used for short-term load forecasting. The experiment results show the method in the paper has greater improvement in both accuracy and velocity of convergence for BP neural network. Original prediction models in actual appliance donpsilat consider influencing factors comprehensively when dealing with complex and changeable traffic state. Based on the observation of daily similarity of expressway traffic flow series, the paper recognizes weather and date attribute as classification vectors and designs a new time series clustering algorithm through calculating representatives in all kinds of clusters and building correlative relations between observing time series and representatives. In the end traffic flow under different time scales on both weekday and weekend are forecasted. Several circumstances were considered and discussed integrated, which were single and double type of 3PLP, long term or short term cooperation relationship scheme, and even manufacturer prefers long term profit or short term profit. The result shows that the manufacturer which emphasizes long term profit will provide the 3PLP with a higher incentive than a short term profit preferred manufacturer in the first period. A long (short)-term cooperation is more suitable if the value of the farsighted manufacturer under a long-term relationship is greater (less) than the switching option value under a short-term relationship view.
