Research Topics in Witkey Business Model: In Perspectives of Transaction Cost, Principle-Agent and Information Supply Chain

Abstract

Witkey Business Model (WBM) has been known by more and more people, but there is less scientific research in this field. To comprehend this new business model, scholars and entrepreneurs need more scientific research about it. This paper present two main questions related with WBM has been brought forward in this paper: the first one is to find the reasons for which the task-posters solve their problems on Witkey business model, and the second one is to find risks in WBM based on transaction cost theory and principle-agent theory. The relationship between information supply chain (ISC) and WBM is discussed briefly in section four.
