本文通过对价值链和运营模式相关文献的梳理，指出价值链的管理导致了运营模式的转变。运用运营模式分析的整合框架对中国电信产业价值链的演进进行了分析。这一过程经历了垄断经营模式、双寡头垄断模式和多家电信运营商竞争等阶段。本文对电信运营商优化运营模式的途径进行了探讨。
