How to raise the efficiency of the project investment decision-making has become investorspsila greater concern. Using breakeven analysis, sensitive analysis and excel technology, etc. This paper puts forward the main index and parameter of breakeven analysis and sensitive analysis. The author believes that the critical point of project investment transferring the profit into loss is an extreme-value question which should be considered by investors, and uncertainty factors of sensitive analysis consists of unit price, unit variable cost, fixed cost and sales volume. Basing on analyzing the impact of inventory enterprises and transportation enterprises on the total cost of supply chain, this paper illustrates the relationship between inventory enterprises and transportation enterprises, then proves the necessity and possibility of combining and optimizing inventory and transportation by argument. And grounding on the above, model of bounded rationality game party with replicator dynamics and evolutionary stable strategy has been established. Furthermore, by analyzing the solution, this paper points out that uniting them is more beneficial to reduce the total cost of the logistics supply chain, and is better for their long-term development. We analyze the model using a structural equation model approach, and 218 manufacturing and service firms in China are selected as the samples of this study. The results conclude that: (1) the trust is positively relative commitment to learning; (2) trust is a function of its knowledge interpretation; (3) trust will significantly impact on knowledge acquisition; (4) commitment to learning is a function of its knowledge interpretation; (5) commitment to learning will significantly impact on knowledge acquisition; (6) knowledge interpretation is a function of its knowledge acquisition; (7) knowledge acquisition will significantly impact on performance. Through analyzing the fractal characteristics of service integration, this article proves the applicability of fractal theory to the service integration based on three main reasons. Through the establishment of the layered model of service integration structure, we propose several key points during the implementation of service integration to utilize fractal theory. In this article, we talk about three aspects to achieve fractal management of SOA-based service integration. With the principle of similarity, service-integrated enterprises should construct layered fractal units to adapt to overall objective and environmental changes. A new concept of damage mitigation for buried pipelines subject to PGD is proposed. Expand polystyrene (EPS) geofoam is used as flexible material to wrap pipelines. While the fault moving, EPS geofoam provide more compressive deformation than the soil and pipeline, thus the deformation and damage of pipeline can be reduced according to the mitigation action of EPS geofoam. In order to testify the mitigation concept, numerical analyses by there dimensional (3D) finite element method were performed. In those analyses, the behaviors of the mitigated pipeline were compared with conventional pipeline.
