In this model we assume at each time step there emerges a new node with m destinations. The new node either connects the destination directly with the probability p or transfers from a third node with the probability 1-p. The analytical result shows degree, weight and strength all obey power-law distribution with the exponent depending on the parameter p. We utilize AHP to compute index weight and obtain the qualitative index values by using contrast method and expertspsila opinions and then decide a membershippsilas degree. To get the quantitative indexes, the triangle-fuzzy-number method is applied to decide a membershippsilas degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to decide how a highway construction project is carried out. Finally we provide an empirical test for our method by studying Chang-Tan Highway construction in details. The evaluation of e-commerce Web sites becoming the focus of study. This paper design a comprehensive evaluation indicator system. Adopting principal component analysis method to simplify the indicator system. A evaluation model of customer relationship management system based on support vector machine was presented. Using the idea of decision binary tree, then makes the cut date to be the input information of classifier, and establish multi-classification model. By using the combination of the two methods, we will acquire a more objective and believable evaluation result. This paper addresses the problem of clustering XML documents. Borrowing the idea of semi-clustering, it proposes a robust clustering method through a combination of single partitional and hierarchical clustering algorithms, which can eliminate the defects of single clustering algorithms. Experiments on real XML documents collection show that our method can group large collection of XML documents into appropriate clusters efficiently without fixed number of clusters. Using data drawn from a sample of 111 high-tech companies publicly traded on Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2000 to 2006 and Pulicpsilas Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) as the efficiency measure of intellectual capital, the author constructs two panel data models to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and Chinese high-tech firmspsila development ability. Findings indicate that intellectual capital contributes to high-tech firmspsila development ability positively, but the contribution of physical capital to high-tech firmspsila development ability is not distinct. In addition, the empirical results show that human capital and structural capital contribute to high-tech firmspsila development ability positively. Finally, the empirical results show that firmspsila scale contributes positively to high-tech firmspsila development ability. The development of the national important technology & equipment is always confronted with the bottleneck of the deficient fund, and it calls for strong support from Chinapsilas finance system urgently. Based on the panel data from 1998 to 2006 of Chinapsilas equipment manufacturing, a model is built to reflect the relationship between our financial system and the ratio of value added to gross industrial output value of Chinapsilas equipment manufacturing industries, and the impacts of bank credit and equity financing from capital market to the increase of every equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the actuality of China's finance system has not been suitable for the need of the development of domestic equipment manufacturing, and the effect of the financial support is not good enough. We select listed companies as samples which had issued convertible bonds, stocks and debts during Apr.28, 2001-Dec.31, 2007 and build up an indicator system of internal firm-specific and external economy-wide factors based on the framework of two-step financing decision-making. Through single factor analysis and logistic multiple regression analysis, we find that the real motivation of issuing convertible bonds in listed companies in China is taking convertible bonds as ¿delayed equity¿ instead of ¿sweetened debts¿. Tacit knowledge accumulated in the former industry is vital for reengineering new technological capability. The research aims at the effective approach to realize tacit knowledge transfer within enterprises during industry conversion. Therefore, the process of tacit knowledge transfer within sample enterprise is analyzed. Meanwhile, the tacit knowledge is classified, and mechanism of its transfer within enterprise is studied. At last, the model is constructed to explain the qualification and time of the tacit knowledge transfer. The studies show that tacit knowledge could be classified into easily explicated tacit knowledge and difficultly explicated tacit knowledge according to the difficulty in its transfer. Moreover, informal communication facilitates the transfer of easily explicated tacit knowledge, and staff transfer is an effective way for the transfer of difficultly explicated tacit knowledge. Then a multi-information OD estimation model based on fuzzy planning theory, as well as a heuristic solution algorithm, was presented. A case study in Jiangsu Province, China was completed to prove that multi-source information could be taken advantage of in regional railway freight OD estimation and can improve the precision of the estimation method, especially when data is scarce.
