摘要

从知识的角度看，企业本质上是知识的集合体，同时又是具有生物相似性的重要有机体。为此，本文运用类比的方法，根据进化生物学的相关概念和理论，从新的角度探讨了企业知识创新的相关问题。首先，本文建立了基于知识的企业生物工程概念体系。然后研究了企业专有知识(企业基因团队)的创新机制和过程，其中重点构建并解释了企业专有知识持续创新图。
