It studies the validity of the securities regulation measures, the influence of securities regulation factors and management psychology factors on the investment behavior of investors. It aims at guiding the investors to make rational investment. The paper analyses the experimental results of securities regulation by statistical analysis methods of line graph, bar graph, significant paired t-test and linear regression analysis. The results of the experiment prove that some investors are irrational and verify that there exist some psychological effects phenomena in the investment of the investors in the experiment, such as the phenomenon of self-confidence, self-attribution bias and herding effect. It gets a certain correlativity between the management psychology factors and the securities prices. The paper draws the conclusion that some investors are irrational in the investment and the appropriate measures of securities regulation are effective in the experiment. Finally, several suggestions of securities regulation are put forward.","PeriodicalId":185591,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117226198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The idea is to remove the stable lag part of the process by an internal model control (IMC)-like compensation with intended preservation of internal stabilizability so that the compensated plant becomes a minimal order one with unstable poles only (the first order in most realistic cases) and its internal stabilization and effective control can be carried out much easier than that for the original process. The proposed scheme can thus overcome the limitations due to presence of stable lag terms inherent in almost any process on its stabilization and effective control.","PeriodicalId":185591,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128437439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, return service is one of the factors which influence consumers purchasing decision-making. Thus, many sellers promise providing return service, but usually there is no return service when consumer requires returning the unsatisfactory commodity. Then the return service problem has become an obstacle to electronic business development, we have to supervise the implementation of return service. From a view of game theory, this paper is attempted to discuss the implementation of return service between sellers who accept and reject return service. Then we build the game model of return service, and deduce the optimal level of supervision. Finally, according to analysis of factors influence the optimal level, this paper brings some reasonable suggestions for return service.","PeriodicalId":185591,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129614486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The player who locates in the hub of the network structure possesses structural holes, and can gain advantages and resources by building bridges over other players. The network structure of organization is generalized as two-level network structure. The closed two-level network structure, which ensures the unobstructed communication and reduces the cost of bridging inside the organization, is the aim of organizational management based on structural holes theory. For getting to the aim of two-level closed network structure, the organization should firstly encourage members to establish contacts with others, and managers should be active to contact with ordinary members for harmony communication inside organization. Realizing the common aim of the organization is the premise for all the members gaining benefit. For getting this aim, more bridges should be built to replace structural holes in the network structure of organization.","PeriodicalId":185591,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130028816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper applies a theoretical framework of paradox to a trade-off puzzle. A case study method is adopted, and the employment of Causal Loop Diagramming method for qualitative modeling of the paradox and trade-off under investigation and a greater appreciation of the dynamics and subtle ties of the systems and the multitudinous feedback cycles. The results revealed that the interaction of paradoxical elements is the underlying drive of the trade-off, demonstrating different formats at different organizational levels and recursive layers. A brief introduction to the concept of Tai-chi in Taoism also highlights the possible philosophical root. As for managers, a key implication is that both elements in the concern of trade-off and paradox have always co-exist, taking on important and complementary role; Separation of them allows specialization to occur, and co-evolution cultivates synergy to develop, new balance to reach at all organizational levels and forms of recursion.","PeriodicalId":185591,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128958255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
