Based on uncertain delivery time and ownerpsilas sensitive to tender submitted by the contractor, this paper set up a general supply contract model and a benefit-sharing coordination produce supply policy model in a material supply system. Then analysis the effect of two supply pattern on supply contract of association by comparing the supply chain total benefit. The analysis result indication: in the same supply chain cost structure, supply chain benefit produced by benefit-sharing synergic production is more than individual produce contract. Abstract
