Abstract
Chloride ion invasion, results in information performance of the reinforced concrete structure are varying as following: steel corrosion, cracks and declining of the bearing capacity of the structure. Hence, appropriate repair materials should be chosen and the situation should be handled in a timely manner. In this paper, a brand new Phosphoaluminate Cement (PALC) is chosen for the repair material and the bonding materials are phosphate cement mortar and Portland cement mortar; the Phosphoaluminate cement's static elasticity coefficient and the thermal-expansion coefficient are close to these figures of Portland cement, it studies the repair performance of the PALC, together with the traditional Portland cement (PC). The results show that: the bonding strength between PALC-PC mortar is better than that of PC-PC mortar, and the former repair material itself has higher strength in the early stage.
