Abstract

Through the large number of enterprise knowledge-sharing study, this paper attempts to study business in the sharing of knowledge with regard to the obstacles, thus proposed a solution strategy, and address the obstacles to an analysis of the strategy. Through the sharing of knowledge to the definition and classification of proceed, in the course of the study and make full use of charts, case studies, empirical research and analysis model, distance and so on, that enterprises in the sharing of knowledge in all aspects there are still obvious in the lack of that bring enterprise knowledge-sharing barriers factors include: enterprise-level organizational structure, imperfect incentive mechanism and enterprises in the cultural environment. On this basis, we can draw the following: reorganization of the enterprise structure, many enterprises improve the incentive mechanism, create a harmonious environment. Ultimately, this knowledge that the enterprises should and can be maximized share, for the development of enterprises play a central role.
