Based on study of information lifecycle management methodology, this paper presents an information lifecycle approach to manage construction information efficiently by visual information lifecycle modeling. An innovative application framework of information lifecycle management for construction projects is suggested for all construction participants who can access construction lifecycle information whenever they need, and a visual nD construction information model which can help all construction participants understand the comprehensive construction data exactly is developed.
