摘要

产品竞争力评价是产品决策的前提，因此对产品竞争力进行评价具有重要的现实意义。本文运用层次分析法建立了网络产品竞争力的评价指标体系，并运用多层次模糊评价法构建了网络产品竞争力评价的数学模型，然后通过对五家网上银行的分析，验证了该评价方法的有效性和实用性。
