Abstract

本文在分析国内外对虚拟企业协同制造项目绩效考核研究现状的基础上,首先探讨了协同制造项目绩效考核的完整流程;其次,明确绩效考核指标的选取原则,运用灰色关联分析方法构建合作绩效绩效考核指标体系,借鉴灰色系统理论建立合作绩效考核标准;第三,讨论了基于状态方程的合作绩效评价指标权重的确定;最后,确定了绩效评价的灰色分类和基于灰色聚类的综合评价过程,形成了虚拟企业协同制造项目绩效评价模型。同时,结合虚拟企业协同制造项目动力产品绩效考核的实践,进行了应用研究。
