There are a lot of items and complicated technology and strict working procedure, and the working schedule is dynamic through the maintenance process. So the issue of how to arrange rationally and adjust working schedule and cut maintenance time and obtain the optimum working schedule is key to improve the maintenance efficiency. This article put forward the maintenance management frame that can be adjusted automatically according to the change off actual engineering schedule in order to achieving maintenance programming. With taking Visual C++6.0 as the basic development kit, the comprehensive utilization database, the system basic kind of storehouse and so on, designed and established an algorithm program of steam turbine maintenance schedule with network chart technology and critical path algorithm based on thorough understanding of the steam turbine overhaul technology flow. 汽轮机是火力发电厂的主要热力设备。维修项目多、工艺复杂、工序严格,维修过程中的工作进度是动态的。因此,如何合理安排和调整工作计划,缩短维修时间,获得最优的工作计划是提高维修效率的关键。本文提出了可根据工程实际进度的变化自动调整的维修管理框架,以实现维修规划。在深入了解汽轮机检修技术流程的基础上,以Visual c++ 6.0为基本开发工具,综合利用数据库、系统基本类库等,设计并建立了采用网络图技术和关键路径算法的汽轮机检修计划算法程序。通过该优化计算程序,可以根据实际工作计划的变化调整维修计划,实现对工作计划的优化管理。
