The entrepreneur is the pusher of the innovative activities of enterprise. Neglecting the establishment of the evaluation to the entrepreneur will cause the business economic efficiency being low and the enterprise's sustainable innovation being immersed in trouble. The effective entrepreneur evaluation can help the enterprise get the sustainable innovation. Though introducing the characteristics of the entrepreneur, this article gave us a new method to inspect the entrepreneurpsilas sustainable innovation. The unascertained measurement model was used to inspect that whether or not the entrepreneur have innovation, which is useful for the enterprise to get the effective and efficient development. The ELSP is to find a feasible schedule that allows cyclic production pattern for each product and such that the sum of the setup and holding costs for all products per unit time is minimized, and, PoT policy requires the replenishment frequency of each item to be a PoT integer. Considering the complexity of this problem, we use improved genetic algorithm that is equipped with a partheno-genetic operators for solving this model. Firstly, based on the analysis of ERP project implementation of China, the paper introduced the risk management methodology systems and the relative model, which includes three main steps, identifying risk, evaluating risk and controlling risk. After that, on the aspects of decision, implementation and application stages of manufacturing ERP project life cycle, the paper discussed risks of each stage, and put forward a two-dimension matrix risk management strategy. Then, a mechanism model of ERP project risk management is constructed, which shows that information risk control strategies of the last two stages, not only depend on resources of these stages, but also have a diverse relationship with the last stage. Then in the angle of economics, society and law, this thesis interprets the conflicts between P2P technology and copyright. From the economic aspect, the essence of conflicts is a war of interests. From the social aspect, the essence of conflicts is the technology existing as a sword with double blades. From the legal aspect, the essence of conflicts is the contradiction between advanced technology and laggard law. This paper researches the M & A happened in 2004 of 92 Chinese A-share listed companies, uses the improved assets yield of net cash flow to measure performance before and after the acquisition, and also uses multivariate regression analysis to test the factors which influence M & A Performance. The results show that: M & A Performance of listed companies has the tendency which rises first and falls later. Total assets growth, the proportion of state-owned shares, the main business income growth, and premium transactions are the primary factors which influence M & A Performance. TRIZ is a problem solving method based on logic and data and has proved to be a very strong tool in helping to solve problems that requires inventive thinking. First, we analyzed two characteristics of design, form and function, which reflect the engineering and art knowledge. And we discussed the concepts of the innovative information characteristics. The 40 Inventive Principles (IPs) was combined with the innovative information characteristics analysis that includes six strategies for the design process to overcome the unpredictability in the design process. On this basic, the article proposed an object oriented method by the effective information decomposition to form a new starting point. A case study was presented to show how to apply the method in design process. The formula of the expected value of TFLVs is defined, and some of its properties are studied. Based on the expected value, an approach to ranking the decision alternatives in multiple attribute decision making(MADM) with TFLVs is developed. A trapezoid fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging operator is utilized to aggregate the decision information, and all alternatives are ranked by comparison the expected value of TFLVs, then the expected value is mapped to credit rating. Finally, an empirical example about credit rating of small business from some commercial bank is illustrated, the results indicate that the method can carry out linguistic computation processes easily without loss of linguistic information, and thus makes the decision result reasonable and effective.
