And then this paper measures the contribution of different factors of Chinapsilas telecommunication industry temporal variation of technology efficiency from 1992 to 2005. The results show that: (1) The total factor productivity, capital - - technology efficiency ratio, labor - - technology efficiency ratio and technology level's variation have great impacts to the technology efficiency variation. (2) The coupling among the factorspsila contributions is relevant highly to the technology efficiency.
