The results show that: (1) The total factor productivity, capital - - technology efficiency ratio, labor - - technology efficiency ratio and technology level's variation have great impacts to the technology efficiency variation. (2) The coupling among the factorspsila contributions is relevant highly to the technology efficiency. 摘要

本文提出了基于生产函数随机前沿的技术效率变化框架。在此基础上，测度了1992 - 2005年中国电信行业技术效率时间变化中不同因素的贡献。结果表明:(1)全要素生产率、资本-技术效率比、劳动-技术效率比和技术水平变化对技术效率变化有较大影响。(2)各贡献因子之间的耦合与技术效率密切相关。在此基础上，本文采用协调模型进行进一步分析。
