Then using this model, it analyses the 5 typical student loan scheme in the world of Hong kong, China, USA, Canada, Thailand,and calculates the synthetical weights of every attribute as well as the total estimation result of every country student loan scheme, which indicates the arrangement of every attribute weights in student loan scheme. Aiming at that impractical hypothesis, this paper improves the bid evaluation which only takes comprehensive evaluation value of a plan as the measure, and the concepts of index satisfaction and relevance of plans are introduced. Then weight of the index is calculated through the optimization model which is established by the idea of minimum deviation, and a rank correlation model is established between satisfaction and weight. Two elements of comprehensive evaluation value and relevance should be considered together, so a new bid evaluation which takes the relative closeness of the plan as measure index is proposed. The equity-based incentive levels are significant negative correlation with equity concentration, the character of controlling shareholder, the proportion of independent directors and the enterprise scale. The equity-based incentive levels are non-significant negative correlation with the proportion of institutional investors and debt in the capital structure. The equity-based incentive levels are non-significant positive correlation with the company's growth, risk and market competition. The managed data can help a MES system to improve its job scheduling capability by means of a back-to-forth feedback method in discrete manufacturing industry. It can effectively utilize the historical data and information of the fore-passed tasks to improve job scheduling. The method takes advantage of a tiered structure model to represent the foregone history job data, applies the segmenting searching strategy to the historical data, and gives the details about how to setup a usable historical job database with a circular data improving manner. Customer relationship performance of enterprises can reflect enterprisespsila competition capability in marketing. In present, the demands of customers are more complex and multiplex. Customer relationship of enterprises is a multiple dimensions system, which includes customer satisfaction, enterprise marketing occupation and enterprisespsila communication capability. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a relative efficiency evaluation method for measuring the relative efficiency of multiple inputs and outputs system. An analysis frame was designed and proposed in this paper for evaluating the customer relationship performance of enterprises based on DEA models. Cross-efficiency is an evaluation method based on the mean value of DEA model. By variant condition operating performance of such air source heat pump in variant condition of the air source heat pump offered by manufacturer, the thermodynamics analyses are made based on the first law of thermodynamics and exergy analyze theory. Coefficient of Performance (COP) and exergy efficiency in variant operating condition are calculated, and then the curves for the relationship of COP and exergy efficiency with the outlet temperature of the chilling water/heating water and the environment temperature are plotted. The COP functions concerning with the outlet temperature of the chilling water/heating water and the environment temperature are fitted. Conclusions on variant condition and operation of the air source heat pump are drawn by comparing these two theories. This paper has firstly described the remanufacturing process which includes disassembling, sorting, inspecting, cleaning, refurbishing, re-inspecting etc. Then after the brief introduction of target costing (TC) method and activity-based costing (ABC) method, the integrated system of the two methods are established which will allow remanufacturing companies to account and control costs both at the strategic level and the operational level. Through an example of an automotive component remanufacturing company, the application and effectiveness of the integrated system are shown and a series of meaningful conclusions have been got, such as the rank of activity cost of each kind of product, the possible reasons of higher activity costs etc. Finally, some strategies are given for cost control. The structural details such as beam-to-column connection, column-foundation and precast slabs were firstly presented. Then the seismic performance of the system was discussed by the cyclic loading test on interior beam-to-column joints and pushover analysis of a numerical example with structural analysis software OpenSees. The analytical and experimental results shows that this precast system has following outstanding characters such as the adoption of first prestressed easily, the reduction in the height of member section, convenient construction of joints and low amount of steel usage. The hysteretic loop of beam-to-column joint is full and energy dissipation capacity of the joint is excellent. And the mode of system behavior in the post-elastic range during seismic loading is the perfect beam sidesway mechanism.
