The managed data can help a MES system to improve its job scheduling capability by means of a back-to-forth feedback method in discrete manufacturing industry. It can effectively utilize the historical data and information of the fore-passed tasks to improve job scheduling. The method takes advantage of a tiered structure model to represent the foregone history job data, applies the segmenting searching strategy to the historical data, and gives the details about how to setup a usable historical job database with a circular data improving manner. 摘要
本文提出了一种新的作业车间历史制造数据管理策略,该策略通常存储在MES系统数据库中。在离散制造行业中,管理数据可以通过前后反馈的方式帮助MES系统提高作业调度能力。它可以有效地利用前人任务的历史数据和信息来改进作业调度。该方法利用分层结构模型来表示已有的历史作业数据,对历史数据采用分段搜索策略,并以循环数据改进的方式建立可用的历史作业数据库。利用Virtual c++ /开发了一个原型系统。Net工具,并验证了所提出的方法。
