However IS research literature shows few studies in understanding the patterns of system usage behaviors that yield innovative or novel ways of using organizational information systems. This paper firstly examines the past information system usage literature and concepts. Based on explorative & exploitative innovation theories from organizational management literature, then the paper develops a conceptual model of information system innovative usage and organizational long-term and short-term performance. With the questionnaires from over one hundred enterprises in China, we find that the proposed model is empirically tested and three hypotheses are supported. The results show that exploration & exploitation of IS usage are positively related to organizational performance. Finally, the paper gives some discussions. In the paper, on the basis of Core-RBAC model, roles set and permissions set were fractionized. The refinement core-RBAC model was more fine permissions setting. In accordance with the actual needs of administrators, each one can definitely install to the functions and permissions in the five dimensions which are data cycle, data object, data sort, operation function, operation level. For some urgent goods, the method of locating the distribution centers in terms of minimizing transportation costs sometimes cannot satisfy the needs of customers. Considering the maximization of service level as the objective to locate the centers, we construct a mathematical model and design a genetic algorithm of optimization to solve the model. In order to avoid return losses and add customerspsila value, there is a need for companies to find proper ways to reduce wastes and recover the value from used products for further utilities. All these challenges make reverse logistics a contemporary area of interest among managers and researchers of this field. The paper proposed the reasons of practicing reverse logistics and the implications of reverse logistics. The differences between reverse logistics and traditional forward logistics; and green logistics and closed-loop supply chain are analyzed. Moreover, reverse logisticspsila distinct characteristics such as supply uncertainty and operational difficulties are pointed out. Based on qualitative and quantitative case study methods, the typical managerial and operational practices of reverse logistics are discussed in detail in this paper. Apply evolutionary game method to build the replicated dynamic model of the trust relationship among the partners in the inter-enterprise collaboration resource network under bounded rationality. In the meantime, the learning course of trust or distrust strategy among participant enterprises is discussed in this paper. Moreover, the long-term evolutionary trend of partner selection strategies are described based on evolutionary stable strategy, and then the system's evolutionary equilibrium and stability between trust and distrust partners are also studied respectively. It is an important tache to assess and select third party logistics justly and equitably in the outsourcing process of enterprises. And whether an appropriate third party logistics vendor choosed has become the key to enhance the core competence, low logistics cost, optimize inside and outside resource but whether above aims can be achieved depends on the ability and service of logistics vendors. It is of critical importance to the success of enterprise's outsourcing to choose an appropriate third party logistics vendor. However, the evaluations currently are carried out by the evaluators manually through analyzing the financial indices of the third party logistics, which not only is too objective but also break the relevancies among the indices. The index system used to evaluate the business features of the third part logistics is constructed. A quantitative approach is adopted to assess the third part logistics through cluster method of multivariate statistical analysis. The method can be regarded as an important method for classifying third party logistics.
