A contrast is made between the presented concepts and the operational reality of a company, approaching the identification of the excellent processes in the SCM and the role of information technology in the production chain integration. The main results indicate that the automobile industry followed the trend of a greater integration in the suppliment chain management. In this way, they use, as an enterprise development possibility, the organizational innovation models based in association, in complementarities and sharing, presupposed of the gathering of small and medium organizations. It is highlighted that the companies’ network represents an innovative way of organizational management, formed with the intention of gaining competitiveness in the global market. This article has as its objective to analyze the associated networks’ value chain, taking as an example the supermarket “Central Mais”, localized in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. O estudo esta fundamentado no modelo de avaliacao do brand equity baseado no consumidor, desenvolvido e testado empiricamente por Yoo et al (2000). O modelo desenvolvido pelos autores, baseado nos estudos de Aaker (1991) e Keller (1993), estabelece relacoes entre as acoes do composto de marketing e as dimensoes formadoras do valor da marca na perspectiva do consumidor. De acordo com Yoo et al (2000), imagem da loja e intensidade de distribuicao seriam construtos independentes que influenciariam as dimensoes formadoras do valor da marca. Entretanto, a literatura oferece evidencias que a intensidade da distribuicao pode constituir um fator antecedente da imagem do canal de distribuicao. {"title":"Gestão estratégica do conhecimento baseada na construção de protocolos médico-assistenciais: o compartilhamento de ideias entre parcerias estratégicas como vantagem competitiva","authors":"J. Os protocolos medico-assistenciais foram os nucleos de investigacao da pesquisa. A sustentacao do estudo e da analise dos resultados utilizou, principalmente, referenciais teoricos sobre compartilhamento, barreiras a gestao do conhecimento e gestao de parcerias. A pesquisa foi qualitativa atraves de entrevistas em profundidade que, anteriormente, apoiaram-se em grupos de foco. As entrevistas buscaram saber: (1) as barreiras do contexto a gestao do conhecimento; (2) os meios e formas utilizados para criacao e compartilhamento do conhecimento; (3) e o grau de participacao das operadoras dos planos de saude na construcao dos protocolos, assim como no compartilhamento de processos assistenciais e objetivos. Os resultados principais apontaram nao haver barreiras importantes a legitimacao de uma nova linguagem trazida por novos paradigmas por meio dos protocolos. TAM, originally developed by Davis (1989) and later adapted by Gefen (2003) was based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (Ajzen & Fishbein, 1980) and has been broadly used to identify the antecedents to behavioral intention. Specifically, in this study it was used to analyze the relationship between habit and the two main constructs of TAM, perceived utility and perceived ease of use. Esta conjuntura de escala mundial favoreceu o fortalecimento do poder local, tornando o espaco dos municipios o cenario de tomada de decisoes com influencia mais direta sobre a qualidade de vida dos municipes e da propria infra-estrutura urbana. O crescimento desordenado dos grandes centros por meio do processo de metropolizacao trouxe serias consequencias e novos desafios. A adocao de estrategias e planejamento de municipios tem sido a resposta encontrada para driblar os entraves urbanos, rurais e metropolitanos, respeitando as suas respectivas abordagens do carater integral e integrado. O objetivo do artigo e discutir como e possivel promover o desenvolvimento de uma regiao a partir da visao estrategica de cada municipio que a constitui. More specifically, this paper present and validate a new scale to measure the construct competence in Marketing. Moreover, this paper identifies and evaluates the impact of marketing competences in the performance of the organization, considering the interaction among the competences. The results suggest that the competencies all together have a stronger impact if compared with the impact of each competence taken alone. In this manner, the results stress the concept of competence as the result of an integrated process. A popular music style, the new metal, most commonly related to young people, was chosen as object of the study. In the first phase of the study, 9 in-depth interviews were conducted and in the second one, 240 respondents were surveyed. The Means-End Chain Model identifies the associative relationships between consumer values and the perceived benefits and attributes of the music. The most important music attributes in terms of the probability of providing benefits were, in order of importance, the sound \"aggressiveness\", the lyrics \"criticism\", the \"sound intensity\" (bass), and the \"rebelliousness\" transmitted by the music. It was also found that the most important consumer values related to the music benefits were the \"excitement/relaxation\" and the \"exhilaration/euphoria\" aroused by the music.
