In this context, the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte, North Zone campus, when enrolling a visually impaired student in IFRN Integrated High School, more specifically in the Electronic Technical Course, faced several challenges, including the formation of their teachers, since most of the teachers did not have knowledge about the educational needs of this student. This aroused our interest in undertaking an investigation whose general objective was to analyze the contributions of an intervention project aimed at the continuing education of IFRN Integrated High School teachers, aiming at the inclusion of a student with Low Vision. The specific objectives were: a) to know the conceptions, knowledge and formative needs of teachers regarding the teaching-learning process of students with visual impairment with a view to their educational inclusion; b) develop an intervention project to meet the training needs raised by the teachers. To achieve this goal, we developed a qualitative research, involving bibliographic research, in which we subsidized authors such as Carvalho (2004), Nóvoa (1995), Tardif (2012), Martin and Bueno (2003) and Kuenzer (2009); documentary research, and action research, developed in three phases, which are exploratory, planning and intervention. Data collection instruments were semi-structured interviews, direct observation and field diary. The results demonstrated the relevance of the intervention project, since the knowledge of the teachers in front of this student was built and /or rebuilt, however, demanding a continuity of formative moments in the area.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134065432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, the present article aims to demonstrate the development of an educational material for visualization of planktonic fauna and its application in 6th grade elementary school classes, aiming to facilitate the understanding of the food chain content, through the combination of theory with practice. The activity was developed in three stages: elaboration of the pedagogical kit using low cost materials; delivery of the material to the teacher of the classes to perform the field class in a reservoir located near the school, being later observed the collected organisms; application of two questionnaires to students, before and after the activity, which contained questions related to the content studied and their opinion about the practical class, along with a questionnaire applied by the teacher, to verify the efficiency of the constructed material. During the practical class, the students were anxious, curious and excited, so after analyzing the answers obtained with the questionnaires it was clear that the realization of the practical activity had a positive effect in the learning process, emerging as a complement to what was taught in the classroom. It’s worthy pointing out that 88% of the students reported having enjoyed the practical class more than the theoretical one. Analyzing the answers obtained with the questionnaire by the teacher, it was possible to observe its approval in light to the constructed material, which contributed to the teaching of the content. The teacher also commented that she would use the kit in another school she teaches. Thus, it is possible to conclude that the pedagogical kit that was elaborated proved to be an excellent facilitator for students' learning, which effectively complemented the theoretical class, making constructivist and meaningful learning, thus improving the process of learning as well as the teaching-learning.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132999863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Para eso, se ha realizado una investigación bibliográfica utilizando aportes teóricos que abordan la identidad profesional docente y los procesos de educación continua, especialmente aquellos relacionados con la enseñanza en línea, además de retratar sus modificaciones, (re) construcciones y repercusiones en las prácticas pedagógicas. Estas reflexiones surgen a partir de las lecturas y los primeros hallazgos de la investigación en curso. De momento, parece razonable decir que la educación continua de los docentes en servicio que trabajan en la modalidad de Educación a Distancia (EaD), desarrollada en algunas instituciones, puede que no permita la constitución de identidades profesionales autónomas y reflexivas, sino la construcción de identidades que siguen el modelo más técnico. Por consiguiente, se cree que los docentes señalan la constitución de una mayor identificación con la enseñanza, ya que estas acciones promueven espacios para el diálogo sobre los desafíos e intereses relacionados con la enseñanza en línea. Además, el proceso de re(construcción) también dependerá de la identidad ya construida en la enseñanza presencial, ya que muchos profesores terminan transponiendo su práctica docente presencial en la virtual sin ningún tipo de re(construcción). También se enfatiza en esta discusión que la educación continua influye considerablemente en el proceso de re (construcción) de identidad del profesor ante la crisis de identidad, que puede presentarse diariamente durante las actividades de los docentes a través de la autoestima y de las incertidumbres que surgen en el desarrollo de la enseñanza. Además, debe tenerse en cuenta que la transición de la enseñanza presencial para virtual requiere mucho esfuerzo, dedicación y preparación para nuevos desafíos. Entonces, las experiencias con la enseñanza presencial pueden contribuir o crear resistencia al aprendizaje a distancia, lo que requiere, por ejemplo, la ruptura de las culturas educativas adquiridas y la enseñanza presencial. Concluimos, pues, que la (re) construcción constante de la identidad del profesor es parte del proceso de resignificación de su identidad profesional y que la forma como se desarrollan las acciones de educación continua impactan en este proceso, ya que en estos espacios existe un intercambio de experiencias y valores.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121565283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Earthworms feed on organic matter and transform it into humus, is a noble fertilizer with expressive amounts of all readily assimilable nutrients to the plants. There are reports of the positive effects of earthworm humus on the most diverse crops cultivated by farmers. When humus is produced under minimally controlled conditions, it takes advantage of many residues and organic wastes on the properties, such as manure and vegetable debris, which can in many cases meet the need for fertilizer in a small or medium-sized garden, especially under the conditions of ecologically based farms. In doing, so this study aimed to evaluate the efficiency earthworm humus in the fertilization of maize landrace cultivars (Zea mays L.). The experimental used was completely randomized designer (CRD), the used treatments had been: T0 (control treatment), T1 (2 kg of humus/m2), T2 (4 kg of humus/m2), T3 (6 kg of humus/m2) e T4 (8 kg of humus/m2). Each treatment had 5 replications, totaling 25 plots. As a result, T3 treatment showed higher increment in all evaluated parameters of the culture. The earthworm humus by providing an increment in the production of maize landrace is an applicable option and maybe an alternative fertilizer; the dosage of better agronomic performance for maize landrace cultivar was 6,59 kg/m2).The maize landrace cultivation showed a better performance of earthworm humus than oleraceous such as jambu (Acmella oleracea[(L.) The significant expansion of organic food consumption has stimulated the demand for studies on consumer behavior, aiming at their understanding, in order to direct the commercialization process and increase consumption. This study aimed to study the profile of consumers of organic foods via online questionnaire. An exploratory survey was conducted from a questionnaire containing 15 questions between multiple choice and open. The present study counted 59.2% of respondents being female and aged between 18 and 50 years. Regarding the educational level of the participating individuals, the largest group had postgraduate education (32.9%), compared to the monthly income of respondents 39.5% had income of 2 to 3 minimum wages. When asked about their level of knowledge about organic food 93.4% answered yes, you know what an organic product is and in relation to the main products consumed 57.9% said they were vegetables followed by fruits (35 , 5%) and organic eggs (6.6%). From the study, it is evident that there is an association between organic consumption and improvement in quality of life, in addition to the lack of knowledge among consumers about the possibilities of organic production, restricting them to crop production and as the mainlimiting consumption was identified the lack of availability of this product class in markets and small trades.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131131713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The residency took place at Dr. Severino Alves de Sá School, located in Salgueiro-PE and was carried out in two phases, Ambientação and Immersão and was the main bridge to achieve such knowledge. Through residency, one can realize the importance of school management and the PPP-Pedagogical Political Project of the school. Transforming an educational environment is not easy, because it requires a lot of patience to know how to deal with problems, have the necessary practice to be able to work together and didactics to turn expectations into realities. Nothing is easy when everything is to the letter, because even if everything is quiet in the administrative environment, there will always be a pebble in which the manager will have to solve, in this case it is clear the importance of school management and the Pedagogical-Political Project. PPP, which is an organizing document for a school institution, these new programs are coming to add together with the school and transform education. This work has a qualitative approach, with bibliographic research through studies by theorists such as: Libâneo (2005), Veiga (2002) and Tardif (2008). Thus, this article aimed to present the results obtained through the Program that is being developed in two phases: the first called ambiance and the second defined by the intervention and realization of playful tools. During the observation phase in elementary schools, Pibid fellows were directed to understand how each sector of the school works, the interaction between them, and how the school physicist can contribute to the teaching process. Students The fellows also had a period in the classroom with the teacher to observe the methodologies used by the teacher, and their efficiency in student learning. Soon after, with the help of teachers, they created playful tools based on science-specific content, and began using these tools as a teaching medium in grades 6 through 9, thus giving students the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and skills. Develop new cognitive and motor skills. Through two playful samples presented, it was realized how effective is the use of this medium to assist students in learning the content, as well as to break paradigms about science, taking that idea of being something boring or difficult to learn, showing that Often the way you teach makes a difference in the concept students will have for a given content.
