With the discipline of Integrator Project II it was possible to work with the theme healthy eating, and reflect on the development of competences for the promotion of beneficial eating practices, using biostatistics to quantify data and insert information in graphs through questionnaires applied to students. of the second and third year of high school, aged between 16 and 20 years. From this, the eating habits of the interviewed students were verified, and a socialization was carried out in the schoolyard with a dialogical expository methodology situating the students about the built knowledge of eating in contradiction with the daily habits reflected in the research result. The present work has as its main scope, to present a conception of analysis on how the methodological and functional foundations of education through different alternative approaches to the teaching of chemistry, if configured in the pedagogical practice, in addition to discussing the possibility of it. The experimental design was randomized blocks in a 4x4 factorial scheme, with three replications, totalizing 48 observations. The first factor consisted of the doses of phosphorus (0, 5, 10 and 20 g) and the second by nitrogen doses (0, 2, 4 and 8 g). The variables analyzed were: plant height, number of plants/m2, fresh mass of aerial part/m2, root mass/m2 and mass per plant. The results showed that the nitrogen factor significantly influenced the variables plant height, shoot mass per square metre and mass per plant. The effect of phosphorus was positive to increase the root area. Nitrogen applications provided additions of 57.6; 55.4 and 35.8% for plant height, aerial part mass per square metre and mass per plant, respectively. The tests of the phosphorus doses showed that the application of 9.82% provided the growth of 148.19, while the dose of 10.57% of P, increased the plant biomass in 969.8 g. The use of nitrogen contributed to the greater development of the plants, Demonstrated that the use of this mineral is extremely important to obtain better productivity indexes. The dose of 8g/m2 of N increased in mass per plant, fresh mass of aerial part and Root mass respectively in 57.6; 55.4 and 35.8% in relation to non-fertilized plants. The reuse of non-conventional parts of food can reduce food costs and environmental impacts of the country, and contribute to the elaboration of new products and raw materials. In this context, the present work aimed to elaborate a flour, from the utilization of kiwi peel, to characterize physicochemical and microbilogically, thus verifying its microbiological parameters. For the preparation of the flour were used kiwi peel cv. Hayward in which they were subjected to the drying process at 35 °C within 72 hours. The obtained flour was analyzed for the following physicochemical parameters: moisture, total solids, water activity, ash, lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, pH, acidity, vitamin C, chlorophyll a and b, total chlorophyll and total carotenoids; The microbiological parameters evaluated were: total and thermotolerant coliforms, E. coli, mold and yeast, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella spp. The drying process decreased the moisture, water activity of the kiwi peel, can be stored and used for a longer period of time, as this same process resulted in increased ash, lipid, carbohydrate and chlorophyll contents showing the potential use of this waste. From the results of the microbiological analyzes, the kiwi peel flour presented satisfactory results, within the standards established by the current legislation, being considered appropriate for the hygienic-sanitary quality. The way of teaching function is not restricted to the classroom, students appreciate innovations, new ways of portraying subjects, methodologies that involve ordinary situations with their study, thus making teaching-learning something more rewarding, showing to students the benefits this content will add to their lives. Thus, this research aimed to contextualize the related functions in problem situations from the intervention in a High School in the city of Uruçuí-PI, with the purpose of answering questions about the importance of this application for teachinglearning. To carry out the work, initially, all students were informed about the research and its purposes and signed a Free Informed Consent Term, and then a questionnaire was applied to the students of the 1st grade of the School Unit under study, in order to analyze previous knowledge about the related function, diagnosing its main difficulties. Subsequently, an intervention was performed through the teaching of functions, followed by a practice with contextualization exploration, highlighting the points in which the research participants presented greater difficulties. After that, a second questionnaire was applied, exploring the same subject addressed in the first, but with different and contextualized questions. A promising performance was found compared to the previous situation diagnosed. With still not significant production, the research aimed to contribute to the development of the mussel farming, offer an alternative to the environmental impacts of extraction and provide greater food production for the population. For this, M. charruana productive parameters and environmental (oxygen, pH, temperature, salinity, chlorophyll a and suspended matter) were evaluated in experimental farming under macrotidal regime in northeastern Brazil. The individuals of M. charruana used in the experiment were recruited in site and the stranding performed according to the French method. The collectors were fixed for 60 days to the floating raft system type and thereafter mussels recruited were transferred to the experimental farming. 18 ropes with 50 cm in length, containing 420 seeds each, and having a mean initial size of 20.3mm were made. The results showed that M. charruana growth was about 20.2mm for shell height during the experiment and that the monthly growth was 3.36mm. Already the weight gain was 3.9 g which represented a monthly weight gain of 0.65g. At the end of the experiment it was found that the growth of the valve height and total weight of mussels was significantly higher in the dry season. Since the regression analysis showed no significant influence of environmental variables on growth, the hypothesis for the observed difference between the dry and rainy periods may be related to the associated foul and fouling fauna.
