The name \"rustic grapes\" or \"common grapes\" is used in Brazil for all American grape cultivars (Vitis labrusca and Vitis bourquina), and hybrids of different species of Vitis. In conventional agriculture, due to the need to produce more in less time, it is common to use inputs and techniques aimed at increasing production, often negatively affecting the environment. The adoption of management and use practices that contribute to an increase in organic matter content can improve its physical qualities, increasing, for example, the water retention capacity, thus becoming an important strategy for the sustainable management of agricultural systems. The objective of this work was to evaluate the physical attributes of the soil in grape cultivation between rows, between plants and planting area, evaluating its soil density, particle density and gravimetric moisture. The research was developed in the property of Mr. Flávio located in São Vicente Férrer PE. The experimental design used was that of split plots, where the main treatments were three systems of use: Grape Cultivation between rows, plants and planting renewal area. And the secondary treatments were four layers of the soil profile: 0-10cm, 1020cm, 20-30cm and 30-40cm. In the results we can observe a higher value of soil density when we increased the depth, since the particle densities did not differ statistically, the soil moisture was higher in the most superficial soil layers, being explained by the higher organic material content and vegetation cover. present in areas between plants.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"os-48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127785604","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Disease control occurs only through vector control, which is mostly made by chemical products, the main ones being organophosphates and pyrethroids and resistance to these insecticides has already been widespread in Brazil. Then the search for alternative insecticides such as botanists was stimulated. The objective of this study was to evaluate, under laboratory conditions, the larvicidal effect of essential oils from FLONA plants and to identify the most effective one on Aedes aegypti larvae. Five plants were used (Baccharis dracunculifolia DC (Rosemary of the Field); Copaifera langsdorffii. (Pau d'Oleo); Ocotea sp. (Louro Cheiroso); In third instar larvae, the oil was extracted by hydrodistillation by Clevenger apparatus and the completely randomized design (treatments x repetitions) was used. The work was divided into three stages: all oils with the same concentration; the oil with the best potential at various concentrations (0, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 75 μg / ml); and the best concentration at various temperatures (15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ° C). Statistical analysis was done by ANAVA and Tukey test (5%), and oil efficiency was calculated by Abbott's formula. Louro Cheiroso essential oil showed higher larvicidal activity, while the others did not present significant results. Smelling Louro applied at 75 μg / ml and submitted to a temperature of 35 oC causes higher mortality to Aedes aegypti larvae under laboratory conditions. The use of essential oils to control Aedes aegypti is a possible alternative, given the great performance at low concentrations. However, studies are still needed to identify compounds that have an effect on mosquito larvae. Research is also needed to assess the toxic effect on animals and humans.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132090351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, the proposed programs are so extensive that they cannot be finalized or the fundamental concepts are superficially taught. In such cases, there is a risk of misconception of concepts and their lack of relationship with those already taught and / or with the social context. It is necessary that science teaching be linked to everyday events, to develop in the student a critical view of the world in which we live. Young teenagers attending high school show great ability to engage in situations that appeal to them: favorite band, electronic games, football team, etc. However, many of them show resistance in engaging with the chemical content treated in schools. This study aimed to investigate the perceptions and expectations of students in the pre-university entrance exam at the University of Pernambuco-PREVUPE in the city of Bom Jardim-PE in relation to the discipline of chemistry. For the application of this work, we used investigative and subjective questionnaires as an instrument to obtain data, qualitative research is understood as a circular trajectory around what one wants to understand, turning the look to the quality and the elements that are significant to the researcher. Thus, this work had characteristics of qualitative research. Through analysis, we realize that students have desires that are compatible with learning in chemistry: they want to participate more, they want diverse classes, among other desires. It is indicated that we teachers assume more attitudes towards students' wishes, thus combining the necessary learning.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116917320","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Marques et al. (2004) relataram que os solos do Cerrado apresentam teores totais de alguns micronutrientes, como o Cu, Zn e Mn, equivalentes à metade do valor da média mundial, atribuindo esses valores ao intenso processo de intemperismo ocorrido nessa região. A variabilidade espacial dos micronutrientes e também de outras características físicas e químicas do solo determina a intensidade e a forma de amostragem para compor amostras representativas desse solo (SILVEIRA & CUNHA, 2002). Esse trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar a variação de atributos químicos e eletroquímicos em dois Neossolos sob mata nativa no cerrado piauiense.","PeriodicalId":176700,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114910618","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
