Thus, this study aimed to analyze the perception of high school students about the use of Caatinga medicinal plants in the treatment of pathologies. The study was conducted in SerritaPE, having as target audience the students from the 2nd year of high school of the EREM Desembargador João Paes School. Interviews were conducted as pretest and posttest from the application of semi-structured questionnaires, as well as the development of a lecture and dialogued about medicinal plants. From the data analysis, it can be seen that 69.7% of respondents live in the urban area. Regarding the knowledge of medicinal plants, all said they know about these plants and what they do and / or some family member makes use of. After performing the intervention it was possible to observe that the most cited medicinal species are native to Caatinga, showing a relatively high number when compared to the one obtained in the pretest. Students pointed out that there is a link of use and sharing of knowledge about these plants, as they are an integral and cultural part of the community. In addition, respondents stated that ethnobotanical studies are important for gaining knowledge about the correct use of these plants, such as preparation, quantity and dosage. Students are subject to a possible start to drug use due to availability, although illegal, easy access and especially the desire to join a group and because they are exposed to a large number of users, thus, it is believed that preventive actions can be more effective than treating addicts. Thus, the present work aimed to make an approach on drugs and their consequences as tools of educational preventive clarification in the 9th grade of the Municipal School Unit Judge Sarney de Araújo Costa, an educational institution located in a periurban neighborhood of the city of Codó-MA. The research was conducted with students who attend the science discipline. The research has a qualitative nature, to perform the approach we used data collection tools from the application of survey questionnaires previously prepared based on existing literature and local reality. The questionnaires were applied to 25 students of both sexes with ages ranging from 14 to 15 years. The analysis of the results obtained allowed us to identify that the students had contact with both licit and illicit drugs, the type of contact, if anyone in the family uses or used, what the consequences of the use, which drugs they know. Yogurt production from the Salgado Paraense Agricultural Cooperative (CASP) comes from family farming in the Nazaré lookout region, its production is destined to school meals programs in the municipality and surrounding regions. However, during the school holidays with school dropout, the yogurt production ends up not being able to flow to markets, so the yogurt that is processed is stationary in the cold room without runoff, the milk produced by agriculture does not stop arriving at the cooperative. and production has to keep running, on the other hand there is no market for product distribution, and to solve the cooperative's market situation a market analysis is needed to identify an alternative audience and then introduce yoghurts in a new market. Sensory analysis is a tool that identifies the market potential of a product, as well as the sensory characteristics and major organoleptic potentials of the product, as well as the aspects that interfere with taste in order to impair the acceptance of the product by the consumer. The methodology used in the work was the implementation of the hedonic scale 9 points where 0 says \"Certainly would not buy\" and 9 \"Certainly would buy\", to obtain the results regarding the acceptance of the aspects, taste, color and aroma, while obtaining the Purchase intention results were obtained through the arithmetic sum of the results found with the fitting room answers. The sensory analysis showed that the differences present in the attributes of the cooperative products directly influence the purchase or not. The differences in aroma, texture and flavor of yogurt, especially green corn flavored yogurt, need to be corrected, thus improving the sensory quality of the product. The coconut flavored yogurt proved to be a product with a high acceptance and purchase intention index by the alternative public. These communities are rich in traditional knowledge, the main influencer of the social and economic aspects these communities. Aiming to know these aspects and how they constitute themselves, the present work aimed to make a socioeconomic diagnosis of the quilombola community Mafra, located in Bequimão city, state of Maranhão. The information was collected through ethnographic research with the application of 22 semi-structured questionnaires, formal conversations, interviews and nonparticipatory observation. Of the respondents, 50% were women and 50% men with an average age of 44 years, most of them from Bequimão. Socioeconomic data show that, overall, the quilombola population of this community started working very early, helping parents in farming activities, which contributed to the low schooling among the interviewees, as they had no opportunity to prioritize the studies. They live almost exclusively from agriculture, an activity that promotes food, serves as the family's main source of income and, in some cases, as a supplement to income. Among the activities developed in the community, we highlight the rearing of small animals, the cultivation of small vegetables, large crops and some fruit, as well as extraction of mangrove organisms present in the region. As atividades a serem explanadas tem enfoque no eixo formativo do projeto. No decorrer das ações desse eixo, de 2016 até atualmente, foram realizadas oficinas sobre o sistema operacional e os softwares educativos livres disponibilizados nos netbook do programa “Um Computador por Aluno” (UCA), onde professores, coordenadores, supervisores e gestores da rede municipal de ensino puderam participar. Neste ano de 2019, foi dado início às oficinas sobre o sistema operacional e os softwares educativos livres implantados nos laboratórios de informática das escolas municipais, onde foi possível concretizar as formações continuadas com foco nos desktop. No decorrer dessa ação formativa do projeto foi incentivada a elaboração de planos de aula para utilização dos softwares disponibilizados nos UCAs e desktop; e o envio dos planos para o ambiente virtual e disponibilização dos mesmos para toda a comunidade. Mendelian heritages are, until our days, knowledge base in this area and, to reconcile the teaching of Mendel's Laws, it is necessary methodological strategies within the basic education that can serve as an incentive to arouse the students attention, helping them in the learning process. This paper aims to describe the elaboration of a didactic game as a proposal of Genetics teaching, analyzing the contributions for the learning of high school students and for the teacher training of the Teachers Initiation Program PIBID. The “Memory Game: Innovation for the Study of Mendel's Laws” was developed by undergraduates in the Biological Sciences of the PIBID and applied to students of the 3rd year of the Integrated Technical Education at the Federal Institute of Piauí, Central Teresina Campus. The game consists of a deck of 20 cards, divided into matching card pairs and an instruction board. Students were given questionnaires, a pretest to gain prior knowledge about the content, and a posttest to assess the effectiveness of the proposal in learning the content. Sixty-eight students with ages ranging from 16 to 19 years participated in the pre-test. The post-test was performed with 34 student volunteers who participated in the game. The effectiveness of the use of the teaching methodology and its contributions in the students' learning was evidenced, besides demonstrating that the elaboration and the development of this didactic proposal could help and contribute to the teacher formation of the future scholarship teachers of the Teaching Initiation Program. There was a clear demonstration that through the “Memory Game: Innovation for the Study of Mendel's Laws” students increased their interest in the content of genetics, making them effective and dynamic participants in the process, enhancing and improving learning.
