With the discipline of Integrator Project II it was possible to work with the theme healthy eating, and reflect on the development of competences for the promotion of beneficial eating practices, using biostatistics to quantify data and insert information in graphs through questionnaires applied to students. of the second and third year of high school, aged between 16 and 20 years. From this, the eating habits of the interviewed students were verified, and a socialization was carried out in the schoolyard with a dialogical expository methodology situating the students about the built knowledge of eating in contradiction with the daily habits reflected in the research result. In this sense, first, to critically reflect on the practice itself, second to seek a better practice, it was decided to also distribute informational folders containing the ten steps for healthy eating and banner use with the illustration of a food pyramid that was an instrument. essential guide that demonstrates what a daily diet should be like without forgetting any of the foods of nutritional importance. For the educators in formation, proponents of the activities in question, the school must go beyond the transfer of contents to the students.
