A IMPORTÂNCIA DA AULA PRÁTICA NO ENSINO DE CARCINICULTURA PARA ALUNO DO CURSO TÉCNICO EM ZOOTECNIA DO IFPE CAMPUS VITORIA DE SANTO ANTÃO

Practical classes are undoubtedly an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge obtained in the classroom and to facilitate the understanding of content in cases of greater difficulty of understanding. It can also help in the development of concepts, as well as allowing students to learn how to interact with the environment and different situations and how to develop solutions to complex problems. At IFPE-campus Vitoria, the aquaculture course of the technical course in zootechnics, focuses mainly on shrimp farming, aiming at the creation and development of marine shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei). It is believed that practical classes can be an effective alternative for the student to assimilate the content of the subject. Given the above, this study aimed to verify the view of students of the technical course in zootechnics of IFPE Vitoria de Santo Antão campus, about the importance of practical classes in shrimp farming. This study was developed by a student of the technical course in zootechnics of IFPE –Campus Vitoria de Santo Antão, during the months of August and September 2019. To verify the opinion of the students, two classes of the technical course in zootechnics were surveyed. The data obtained allowed to infer that the students of the technical course in zootechnics consider the practical classes, important in their teaching and learning process.
