In order to quantitatively evaluate CO2 emission and mitigation opportunities of Wanzhou shipping in Chongqing municipality, China, we present the development of the CO2 emission inventory of Wanzhou shipping by using \"top-down\" method. The method contains two main parameters, which are fuel consumption and emission factor. In this paper, fuel consumption comes from statistical data provided by Harbor and Waterway Bureau in Wanzhou District, Chongqing municipality, and CO2 emission factor is set as 3179 g/kg according to relevant literatures. The results show that CO2 emission of Wanzhou shipping are 80104, 110950, 130785, 108280, 117877, and 117056 tons from 2003 to 2008, it is fluctuating with little change. At the same time, passenger and cargo turnover of Wanzhou shipping increase rapidly from 2003 to 2008, it implies the reduction of CO2 emission per unit turnover volume in recent years. Based on the development plan of Wanzhou shipping, we forecast the CO2 emission in 2011, 2015, 2020 under the two situations (baseline scenario and new policy scenario). There is an effective emission reduction under new policy scenario, compared with the baseline scenario, it can reduce CO2 emission 112193.5 tons only in 2020, the reduction rate is 16.4%. This paper pointed out some outstanding advantages of using fiber optical sensing (FOS) technology in old LPCB Bridge strengthening monitoring. According to certain existing old LPCB Bridge strengthening monitoring example,it presented some direct and indirect monitoring indexes that should be contained in the old strengthening monitoring. The necessity of designing some monitoring subsystem enclosing the mentioned indicators based on optical fiber sensing technology was also presented. The study was inspired by the requirement to use cheaper flexible polypropylene fiber and Terylene fabrics as substitutes for typical collection electrodes to save energy and structural materials, and to solve the adverse impacts caused by wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems at the same time. The characteristic of flexible collection electrodes used in this work, an experimental setup and a pilot-scale unit had been illustrated. And then, contrastive distribution of non-uniform air velocity zones was investigated by a CFD model. Finally, the removals of coal-fired pollutants including acid aerosol, ammonia aerosol, slurry droplets, PM10 were performed in new wet ESPs with different assembled modes, as well as to quantify the key properties of flexible collection electrodes. The results show that the new wet ESPs were consistent with the conventional behavior of typical ESP using a thimbleful of water penetrating flexible collection electrodes via capillary flow. Performance of flexible collection electrodes were measured to exceed that of fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), the discharge characteristic of barbed wires was superior to that of diamond-shaped corona wires. An adaptive artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) was proposed to solve it. Firstly, the basic principle and the algorithm design of the AFSA were introduced. Then, for a test case, computational experiments explored the effect of algorithm parameters on the convergence of the algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm has better convergence performance than genetic algorithm (GA) and ant colony optimization (ACO). Widespread application of RFID may leak user's privacy. To solve this problem, an improved RFID privacy protection scheme based on Hash-chain is proposed, in which a database identifier field is introduced in RFID tag. When a RFID tag is identified by a reader, by using of the database identifier field, the reader can quickly decide whether the RFID tag belongs to the database system that the reader is associated with. Further treatment is not required if the RFID tag doesn't belong to the database system, thus the privacy of any RFID that isn't relevant with the database is protected.
