The establishment of a supply chain management concept and the implementation of customer relationship management are propitious to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises. In this paper, the necessity of the implementation of customer relationship management is analyzed from the viewpoint of the characteristics of logistics companies, and the approaches for logistics enterprises to effectively implement the customer relationship management are explored at the same time. The research can provide a theoretical support for logistics enterprises to implement customer relationship management. Experience has shown that establishing a customer-requirement-centric customer relationship management orienting supply chain is the source of competitive advantage in logistics companies. Our analysis is based on the scalar theory of optical diffraction. For simplicity we omit the influence of the finite size of the grating and the lens on the optical diffraction. We use comparing method. We change the diffraction of the optical system under sphere lightwave illumination into the diffraction of a single grating under parallel lightwave illumination. Then we present the fractional Talbot effect condition of the system under spherical lightwave illumination and analyse its characteristics. Analysis shows that the fractional Talbot effect of the system connects to wavelength of the incite light, the period of the grating, the position and the focal length of the lens and the distance of the spherical lightwave. This paper analyzes the effect of widening gap of income distribution in china by establishing a simple and applicable theoretical model. The widening gap of income distribution results in shortage of domestic demand, speedy increasing of investment and the internal structural imbalance of economy; and further more, in an open economy, the structural imbalance of economy has brought about a rapidly increasing in exports and imports, making China's ratio of dependence on foreign trade grow quickly. Using the relevant data of China as empirical test, this paper proves that the widening gap of income distribution is the Granger reason of the increasing ratio of dependence on foreign trade. Available interlocking systems mainly are centralized control systems. The great progress of distributed control technology and intelligent terminals make it possible to develop distributed interlocking system. To standardize operations of devices in distributed railway signaling system, this article takes the process of train entering the station as the focal point and models it with GSPN. To ensure the model safety, the structural properties are verified with the reachability set. Finally, the relationship between the throughput ability of station and parameters of system delay time are analyzed, including the time of route request, the interval of train request, and the polled time in station. With the network technology in this paper, taking the minimum number of the multi-project weighted duration as the goal, then establish a mathematical model for the optimization problem. In view of the basic cellular automaton topological sorting algorithm can only work on non-resource-constraints' single project tasks' topological sorting under the logic constraints relationship, this paper presents an improved cellular automaton model topological sorting algorithm to solve model. Combine several projects' network by setting virtual task nodes based on the basic cellular automata topological sorting algorithm, Start searching from the virtual node to meet the evolution rules of the Cellular Automata (satisfy the task's logic constraints and meet resources constraints) for to be activated nodes; At the same time for multiple nodes to be activated, putting forward two sort ways by: If the priority of multi-project is different ( weights not equal ), then activate the task in accordance with the priority of major projects to sort of small order, major priority weights; If the multi-project 's priority level is the same ( weights is equal ), then create a set of randomly activated sorting number with computer, and order them by these random number; Do so until all nodes are activated, thus obtain the objective function value. On this basis, and then got the resource scheduling solution of Multi-Project Time Optimization. It is a great advance compared with the existing best upper bound N2/2 in the literatures. The SWOT analysis was selected to analyze and compare the competitive operation of the various transport modes between China and Austria.
