This associated information is the domain of logistics management information system (MIS). In recent years, the ability to realize the profit and strategic potential of efficient and effective logistics of garment commodity has increasingly depended on logistics MIS. Because of lacking a unified standard and solution of basic architecture and interface, traditional logistics MIS has many shortcomings, such as poor reusability and poor extensibility. In order to solve the problems, the logistics MIS of Garment Commodity based on WebGIS is proposed and analyzed. The model can build relatively independent Web Service on Intranet and Internet based on WebGIS by constructing core application program. It is easy to develop, integrate and maintain the model. Moreover, the utilization of rail crew resources is commonly inefficient and the scheduling methods are generally behindhand. To reduce the pressure of high cost and lacking qualified crew in HSPL, a pooling crew scheduling mode should be applied and would be a trend, which can help rail agencies increase the utilization of crew resources and managerial levels. Under the pooling mode, the crew scheduling problem becomes much more complicated, known to be NP-hard. A set covering model is applied, in which the variables represent precompiled potential shifts and each shift must conform to a set of labor agreement rules. The model is solved by ILOG - an advanced optimization tool and tested with a real-world problem instance, which is abstracted from Guangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed line. Then a questionnaire was constructed and data were collected from 649 buyers of a Chinese B2B e-marketplace in 114 countries all over the world. Multi-group analysis was applied to examine the moderating effect of switching costs. Finally, the results indicated that switching costs moderate the relationship between perceived quality and user satisfaction. The control strategy of ASR based on the ASR system mentioned above is developed, which is realized in MATLAB/Stateflow. The indicator gases predicting coal spontaneous combustion are determined based on the law of gas released from oxidizing coal with temperature, and 4 judgment criteria are put forward for the combustion regime analysis, by them they can be used as auxiliary index for the spontaneous combustion prediction too. In order to construct the simulation and testing platform of the CTCS level 3 system, this paper focuses on the research of functional prototype of Radio Block Centre (RBC), including the following three key points. First, we find out functional requirements of RBC through a profound analysis of the CTCS level 3 system requirements. Then, we present the design of safety computer platform for RBC according to the safety requirements of train control equipments. Last, we design and accomplish the software of the RBC functional prototype on the base of the above achievements. In order to enhance fault diagnosis efficiency for diesel locomotive air brake system with uncertain fault, a fault diagnosis model based on Bayesian network is proposed in this paper. According to a priori exact probability or experts estimate that the probability, the classical Expectation-Maximization algorithm calculates the joint fault probability distribution and probability distribution of marginal respectively. Based on joint tree algorithm, Bayesian network is designed to infer the fault probabilities of components. The fault location could be realized. The simulation results indicate that the accurate fault probabilities could be calculated.
